What a brilliant quirky place with fabulous decor and comfy seating. Warm and welcoming. Great service and food too. Excellent quiz by Max on Mondays followed by karaoke. Visit there, you won’t be disappointed.

Well situated hotel, but small rooms

This hotel cannot be closer to the metro ! So, very central. But the rooms are small, even very small. The noise is also an issue in the evening. This hotel is worth a one night visit (urban art decoration) but not for several nights.

Bit of an odd hotel but it worked for us for a few days. Positives: Central Location: Right beside the metro to get around the city or to Ouchy. Walkable distance to centre, cathedral etc. It's a walkable city if you like hills - we walked everywhere. Rooms: Had everything we needed and even more. Water and complimentary muffin each day was welcomed, coffee machine was a blessing. Had hairdryer and fresh towels. Even had some extra things ear plugs, condoms 😉 and an adapter for UK/EU plugs. They had plenty USB cables for charing phones. Bed was small but comfy and the fan was fine. The rooms were quiet from the noise outside, sadly not from the other inconsiderate guests. Rooftop Bar: Pleasant but as in Europe, everyone smokes so felt our meal was ruined by smoke. It would have been nice to stay and enjoy the views but it was just too smoky the day we went. Staff: The man who checked us in was welcoming and very helpful. Negatives: There's no bathroom as such - just a partitioned cubicle toliet and shower. The sink is in the corner of the room rather than bathroom. Fine for a few days but our shower flooded the room after a few minutes. There's no wardrobe - just 2 coat hangers. We got caught in a rain storm and trying to dry things in a tiny room was hard. It would be very cramped if you had big suitcases - we just had backpacks so went under the bed but bear in mind the rooms are small.

Centrally situated in old town Lausanne. Great for an overnight stay en route to Geneva airport for an early flight. Friendly fun staff. Rooms are small but clean, there was water and a coffee machine. Perfect for an overnight stay. Some reviews reported it being noisy but we did not experience any more than in any other hotel.

Perfectly OK but not somewhere I’d stay given the choice

Great location, excellent coffee. But not a place I’d chose myself, or pay for from my own budget. Tiny tiny rooms, can’t even unpack, no desk, nowhere to work. Otherwise all good, if you don’t need the space.
