A newly refurbished and central Mecure Albury hotel.

We always stay at the Mecure Albury because of the central location and being able to walk around the town centre. The hotel has needed an upgrade for sometime and now the hotel is in the process of finished off the work. The rooms have always been large and now they have new furnishings and a new console under the TV. It is the same old fridge but it looks like they are going to be replaced. The curtains are new along with the carpet and a paint job. The bathrooms have not been touched but are OK. I will always stop off here and now even more determined to look no further. There is also free onsite parking and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff are wonderful, and the Location is a short stroll to the CBD. a great place to unwind and relax. defiantly going back to stay. room was spectacular with a view overlooking the city. A great place to visit with your family. Eatery in Albury a lot to choose from.

Jacket ripped by registration desk

Bed was poor, too soft. Passage had bubbling carpets, reception desk has jutting edge that ripped my jacket sleeve. Won't be back

No lift

When we checked in we were asked if we’d been told the lift was being refurbished so wouldn’t be available for our whole stay - we were put on the second floor and for a couple in our 60’s we found the stairs hard going - I think we should have been offered a discount in the circumstances

Excellent and friendly receptionist. She welcomed me with a smile and did everything she could to get me to my room with a minimum of fuss. Location is convenient, rooms are clean and tidy and restaurant / bar was great value for money. Highly recommended.
