This review is no reflection on the staff. Everyone we dealt with was lovely. Broken lift, poor quality breakfast and coffee and luke warm water in the shower. Needs some maintenance before we stay again.

Arrived to find lift being rebuilt so was given help taking bags up stairs via the fire escape - the entrance to the fire stairs were very unsafe with obstacles and a lot of dirt and leaves - it would have been much better, given how long the lift was to be out of action - months - they could have made the fire entrance safe and clean. Breakfast was terrible - the bread was rock hard stale- jams and other spreads were presented in filthy jars and they would have failed the lowest hygiene thresholds

Great location however the lift is undergoing maintenance so had to lug bags up a few flights of stairs. When we finished breakfast we went back to our room to grab our bags and the swipe key wasn’t working, this meant another trip down then back up the stairs. Restaurant was understaffed at breakfast but they did a good job to get food out.

The elevator was out of operation, so had to walk up a set of concrete escapeway stairs to get to room with my two bad kneess

Not letting me know there was not a lift until a few days before the stay was poor, as there were no options for me. I have just had two full knee replacements, and the multiple sets of stairs was very difficult to manage.
