Fabulous bed, window that opened and wonderful staff

I work for qantaslink & we usually stay at the other M hotel in Albury. We had an unscheduled overnight and your fabulous staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Whilst it was a very short stay , it was very comfortable. Not that I have any power in the decision making I will certainly be pushing for a move to your hotel for crew in the future

We did have a minor issue during dinner, and I provided my feedback to the GM Sanjay Mahajan. His response and the actions he took to make up for the issue were over and above anything I have experienced in the hospitality industry. I will definitely go back to the same hotel on my next visit early next year.

Nice hotel in a good location

We stayed here one night while in transit from south Victoria to Sydney; and quite liked the hotel and the location. Our Platinum status was acknowledged, drinks vouchers were provided, and breakfast in the restaurant was a welcome combination of ordering from the menu, and the buffet. The room was well sized and comfortable, the bathroom was ok; no complaints. Location-wise this is in the city, and close to many restaurants and cafes on the main street. Parking was plentiful, free and convenient. the staff at the front office and the restaurant were friendly and professional. I'd stay here again, if in Albury.
