Love staying at the Mecure in Albury. Great central location and the service is great. Renee, Lloyd, Vishnu and the rest of the staff can't help you enough. Business feels like a mini break when I stay with the Mecure team in Albury. Looking forward to returning in March.

Easy check-in (early thank you) nice room. Pretty hard to overlook the theft of our e-bikes this is a bitter pill to swallow, more disappointing when the receptionist indicated she always tells people to not leave things on their cars as thefts occur regularly. This would have been good information at check-in, also as a frequent Mercure customer I would have expected some sort of follow up post our stay, this did not occur, that was disappointing. We still have no idea if the cameras picked up anything. I have no doubt there are some gaps here that need attention.

Room was adequate but more variety of tea selection would be better eg add earl grey rather than have 2 varieties of green tea. Restaurant was not adequate- inedible grilled flathead was tough which I presume means it was was microwave defrosted. Potato gratin inedible and appeared to contain a layer of pastry or pasta. Waiter was efficient but not welcoming. Had I had a better experience I would have returned for breakfast. A less extensive menu with simple options cooked well would work.
