Andrew James 3/5 7 minutes ago on Google I thought one of the security and manager/supervisor where rud wispering and having a good laught about me, maybe because western etc, as they kept looking at me and whispering and laughing, I’ve never felt so angry and inadequate, they just like school children mentality, not feel welcome and seems like they pick the guests, the apprentice house keeper very good, F& B but cakes and pastries where dry and also the staff keep stairing at my Indonesia family when visit me at lobby kept stairing and caused unwelcome feeling to my family , wanted stay longer, when we back to Makasser again next week, but the rate they offered us, but the rate they offered , wasn’t the same.

Good hospitality always stay at Mercure Pettarani.. Will be back for sure.. Breakfast witk a lot of option and the room was nice. Offered upgarde room as platinum member of accor.. Gym facility also ok. Got best view from and high floor. Mbak Zelyna super helpful in reception.

My 2-day stay were so wonderful. Especially when i asked the staff about the best pisang ijo in the town! Other was when i asked for a car for driving me back to the airport. The staffs were so nice. The room was clean. The bathroom was so unique and had a very effective layout. This was the second time i stayed at Mercure Makassar, eventhough the business event was held at Claro. God bless you, Mercure Makassar!

- nice and modern space/ interior, friendly staffs, bad service and facilities - worst massage ever: unprofessional, not up to standard, not value for money, I kept giving the masseuse (who is also the receptionist) feedback, but there is no improvement and I requested to stop after 15 mins, yet she still asked me to pay full price. Better go outside and look for a proper massage/ spa place. - breakfast is so-so. - gym is not minimally equipped
