We stayed at this hotel for four nights from 24/12 to 28/12. The hotel is infront of a main road which is sometimes noisy but accessible to attractions areas by using transport. U can find some restaurants, mosque, street food and minimart within walking distance (100m to 300m). Most important our room were cleaned daily. Good job to the housekeeping department Mr Aep and Mr Iman for making the room clean, thank you.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman. The location is very strategic, close to many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Bandung. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with warm smiles and quick service. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy yet stylish, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. And I’m so happy that i had a great service from Ms. Raisya.
