Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations and for the many disappointments you encountered during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you described, from the check-in experience to the condition of the suite and the service throughout your visit. Your comments have been shared in detail with our team, and we take them very seriously. We deeply regret that the suite did not reflect the standards we strive to uphold. Regarding the condition of the furnishings, lighting, and amenities, we have taken immediate steps to inspect and improve these areas. We also acknowledge your concern about the lack of updated facilities and the absence of advertised perks, and we are actively reviewing these aspects to ensure they are in line with Accor standards. On the service side, we are especially sorry that you felt our team was unhelpful and dismissive. Please be assured that we have addressed this internally, and refresher training has already been conducted to ensure all team members understand the importance of guest recognition, especially for our valued ALL members. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced.
