Pullman Bandung made our anniversary stay feel genuinely special. We were warmly surprised with a thoughtful greeting, a lovely cake, and a complimentary room upgrade, which set the tone from the start. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, everything was well prepared and tasty.
