Well.. another review of Mercure supratman, stayed for 15nights..we checkout today 08/05/25. Staff there you cannot fault!! a pleasant stay experience all the staff are very friendly and very kind and for the housekeeping staff, Mr. (Aep Arifin) thank you very much for the service given to me, very polite, kind, and very careful, detailed in doing his job clean, neat room basically no regrets staying at the Mercure Nexa hotel, the service is very professional, I will definitely stay at this hotel again

It's a nice experience to stay a whole 4 nights here.... I had nice breakfast, lunches, and meetings... comfortable bed with large room, nice and safe pool............. Thank u for ur companion Ms Najwa it was lovely to stay here ..........
