The room is spacious, the view is exceptional. I travel with my baby 8 months, the baby crib is also big & comfy. Also there's a large kids playground. This hotel is definitely a kid friendly one! Thank you specially to aa rizki, the room is clean & fresh.

Unsolicited wake up call of privacy invasion

My company booked this hotel for Dec 1-3, 2025, but I paid the room with my own credit card. On the last day Dec 3, 2025 - the hotel reception made a wake up call to my room on behalf of my company. I ignore the call. They knock on my room, I ignore it. Then the Hotel person FORCED OPEN my room, switch ON ALL LAMP, TOUCH MY BODY, MOVE MY BODY TO FORCE ME WAKE UP. At the time I said to him, I didnt ask for wake up call, and I have switch on DO NOT DISTURB sign at the door. Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central is the worst of all hotel I have ever been in. Guest has no privacy. No apology since the incident. Accor Group Worldwide is blacklisted from myself, my family and all the people I know I will share this horrible incident.

We sincerely regret for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit to ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central. After a thorough review of the incident on 03 December 2025, please allow us to clarify the situation. Based on the information provided to us by the company’s Person in Charge (PIC) who arrange your room booking, we were informed that all guests who were listed in the wake-up call request were scheduled to take the flight and your name is include in the list. In line with this understanding, our team proceeded to place the wake-up call to your room to ensure no one missed their departure flight because we understand that every plan requires precise timing to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for our guests. Our team made their first attempt to place a courtesy call, but unfortunately, there was no response. To further ensure that the flight would not be missed, our team followed the hotel’s established standard procedure. In such situations, this procedure allows our staff to politely enter the room after knocking on the door multiple times and gently opening the door while calling out your name. As a final measure, when there was still no response, the lights were carefully turned on and a gentle tap on your heel was made to ensure you were fully awake. Upon waking and informing our team that you had not requested a wake-up call, the lights were immediately turned off, and our team promptly exited the room. We fully understand your concerns and we regret that the situation affected your overall experience. Please be assured that your feedback has been carefully noted for continuous improvement, as maintaining guest safety and privacy is always a top priority for us.
