My experience in 2 nights here was not really good and satisfied. We checked in without any welcome drink. The receptionist couldn't speak English although this is a 5-star resort. If you can't speak Chinese, you may feel like me. We booked the room with a small outside bathtub, but the bathtub was not clean after I checked in. I asked why they didn't clean, they said verbally that they would clean when the guest requested to use it. It's nonsense when I booked this room because of this special pool. And the water for it wasn't hot enough to enjoy for more than 15 minutes. You must consider if you expect this like a hot spring bath. We asked for a wine opener and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Every time I called to ask, they all said on the way. This 5-star resort cannot be compared to the others because of its low standards. I won't return for sure.

Before I could finish my words, she responded quickly. Because the room was tight tomorrow, we could only check out at 2 o'clock. The hotel is very nice and the scenery is similar to that of foreign countries. The only difference is that the air is a bit humid, which is a characteristic of Guangdong. The breakfast options are very diverse, but the restaurant is a bit warm. It's very comfortable to sit in the bar at night. Bess at the bar is great and recommended us some drinks with good value for money.
