We are delighted that you found our location convenient and appreciated the easy access to Disneyland and the proximity to local shops. It is our aim to provide a prime location for our guests to enjoy the surrounding attractions. However, we understand that you had concerns regarding the condition of your accommodation. We take pride in our premises and regret to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. The state of the carpet, skirtings, wardrobe, and bathroom fitments you mentioned are areas we will look into with serious consideration. Additionally, we apologise for any inconvenience experienced with the kitchen equipment. Our aparthotels are designed to offer a home-like environment and we regret any shortcomings in this aspect. We are pleased that you found our shuttle service convenient and appreciated the spaciousness of our rooms and the kitchen facilities provided. It's also great to hear that the availability of body wash added to your comfort during your stay with us. However, we apologize for the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. We are concerned to hear about the cleanliness and comfort of your room and will certainly look into the issues you've raised regarding the bed. Furthermore, our kitchenware is arranged to maximize space, yet we understand this may have posed an inconvenience, and we will consider this in our future design improvements.
