Hotel was clean and nice for me and my children. Some staff was soo friendly and nice but some were soo rude. We wanted to use the iron no mention of deposits etc the first 2 days then the 3rd day tried to say 20 euro to which my partner said no I’ve used it the past 2 morning and then the last morning the man was soo rude to my partner regarding that and a hot chocolate. Apart from that the stay was ideal especially going to Disney land and the shopping centre around the Corner where we mostly eat. Train station and everything soo definitely ideal and reasonable price if visiting Disney land and need a town local.

Looked beautiful when booked back in August 2024 , when we arrived on Wednesday we was really disappointed. The hotel was under reconstruction, we wasn't made aware of this at all , we tried to shower after long gold days at the park to find no hot water it was coming through cold . Our shower head would not stay in place so would only spray inwards towards the wall , we had a bug that kept crawling in our toilet until we managed to catch and kill it . And lastly for one morning we paid €57 euros for the hotel breakfast for 2 children and 2 adults, very disappointing , it stated hot and cold breakfast when the only hot thing to eat is toast and one tray of scrambled egg . Overall quite disappointed with the stay at the hotel which is a real shame . But the hotel itself is perfect location and walking distance from the shops, train station and disneyland itself .

Arrived yesterday with my son and we are here for a few days.. Yes they are doing some work at reception but our Room is great 101.. Staff are friendly and everything is on your doorstep. 5 minutes to the biggest shopping centre I’ve seen with plenty of food options.. Would recommend for convenience to parks. Free shuttle bus and you can walk in 20 minutes if you like.. Slept really well.

Stayed here for three night with my 8 year old purely to save money on a hotel while visiting Disneyland Paris. It’s literally on the door step in no more than a 10minute walk all flat well lit and you also pass a police station. Very safe. The hotel corridors appears to have had a revamp unsure if it were just our floor (3rd) but it were clean comfortable and had everything we needed which were somewhere to safely sleep at night after a long day. Cooking amenities only bug was it had a coffee pod machine and I’m a tea girl! Tv is in French naturally but I’m sure if I’d have brought a fire stick it would have worked. The hotel has free WiFi though out which came In hand to watch something while winding down at night on the iPad. My only complaint which isn’t really a complaint is the canvas/photo print behind the bed. My 8 year old got really freaked out by it due to what the print had on it. (Someone the photos on trip advisor show what I mean) I bet in summer it’s an even better experience here with the pool and lovely walk back from the park on warmer nights. Couldn’t complain and if you’re staying here for Disney you spend 12/15hrs in the park and literally got back to hotel to sleep! Check in were quick simple paid online prior checked my passport given my room card took all of 5 minutes. Check out even quicker handed the card back at reception. Great hotel Great price Great location 100% would return!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely brilliant experience!the staff is very nice. The location is ideal for anyone visiting Disneyland Paris. There's a free bus right outside that takes you directly to the park, which is so convenient, but if you prefer a more scenic route, it's only a 12-minute walk to Disney. I stayed in room 317, and I have to say, the hotel really impressed me. The corridors had a lovely fresh smell, and it was clear the rooms had been recently renovated. Breakfast was great ( no full English breakfast) just continental breakfast. The bathroom was spotless, and you could definitely tell it had been refurbished very modern and comfortable. One of the highlights of the room was the little kitchen area, which was equipped with a small ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, plates, and cutlery. This was such a bonus! If you're planning to visit Disney, you can easily prepare your own sandwiches, keep drinks chilled in the fridge, and take them with you saving you money on food and drinks inside the park. The hotel is also just a short 5–7 minute walk from a shopping centre with loads of restaurants, shops, and even two supermarkets, one of which is Lidl. It's really convenient for picking up snacks or essentials during your stay, and both supermarkets are reasonably priced. Another great perk is the hotel's proximity to the train station, which is inside Disneyland. You don’t need park tickets to access it, and it’s your gateway to both Paris and the airport perfect for easy transport links. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Disneyland Paris. It’s comfortable, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. Would definitely stay here again! I just wanted to add a litt Suggestion extra blanket and pillows in the room will be perfect.
