Positives: close location to Disneyland Paris, nice neighbourhood and follow sustainability procedures. Negatives: Room/apartment is cold. Heather is not working, asked for a duvet for 2 days (first day I was told to go down the lobby to collect it - 1am and decided not to go, second day reception said they do not have it. Hairdryer not working, had to pay 20€ to get another one (they will return money when I bring it back). I had a bath but the hot water finished immediately and they replied that I had to wait 20min. Asked to borrow scissors, for security reasons they can’t but they placed a knife in the room/apartment so honestly I don’t get the point. Hard to connect the phone to the TV.

We arrived yesterday tea time and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Our studio is on the 3rd floor and although the main room is a little small it is absolutely fine for a couple. It’s modern and clean and feels like it’s been recently refurbished. Only a couple of English news channels on the tv but we aren’t here for the telly! We are aware there’s no housekeeping for our stay but reception did say if we need clean towels at all to let them know, The Val D’Europe shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk with lots of restaurants. If you want the supermarket it is called Auchan but be aware it is the other side of the shopping centre and a long walk back with shopping bags! We may try the shuttle bus this morning or we may walk as it’s not far to the parks, but so far very happy with our choice!

Great hotel - we stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Disneyland and couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Very clean, WiFi worked brilliantly. We walked each day to and from the parks so can’t comment on the shuttle busses. The walk was extremely easy and only took us 15 minutes. The only fault I can point out is that our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay which is not a massive deal as we were using the hotel mainly as a base for sleeping but it would’ve been nice to have fresh towels. We will definitely be staying again when visiting Disneyland.

Brilliant location, but crying out for refurbishment

I had a short trip there recently and the staff seemed fine, check-in was straightforward enough and so on. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, I don't think I've ever seen such a nice place fall to such disrepair. In my one apartment, where I really didn't spend much time at all, I noticed; 1. Both bedside tables were falling apart; 2. The doors to the bedroom were on a roller and wouldn't open properly; 3. The sofa seemed to have started coming apart; 4. The fridge wasn't secure so could rock about when you opened it; 5. There was a piece of wood missing from the window frame; 6. The hair dryer didn't work; 7. The shower hose was missing most of the metal so it was just a rubber hose and had gotten twisted; 8. The wooden frame of the mirror was swelling up so it stuck out at an awkward angle; 9. There were holes from where a previous shower partition had been removed and never properly filled in; 10. Metal fixings were extremely rusty; 11. One of the hooks on the door was falling off; 12. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off; 13. The light above the mirror wasn't properly attached; 14. One of the plug sockets in the kitchen wasn't properly attached to the wall. Those are off the top of my head, and I didn't use the cooking facilities at all, so I can't really comment on those. There were also similar issues in the corridor and so on, so it wasn't restricted to our room. I imagine that it was a very nice hotel a few years ago, but it looks to have been massively underfunded since then. The layout of the apartment wasn't ideal - although there was lot of space, the bed blocked the entrance to the bedroom so you had to shimmy into the room. The toilet was on the opposite side of the apartment so you had to walk through the hallway, kitchen and living space, and through the tight bedroom to the bathroom to wash your hands (alternatively you could bring your own handsoap and put it in the kitchen I suppose). The breakfast was pretty sub-par - I personally wouldn't get it again. There's a shopping mall a very short walk away so there's plenty of alternatives. That comes around to the real benefit of this place, and why - despite everything listed above - I'd still put it down as a 'maybe': The location is *outstanding*. There's a regular shuttle bus into Disney, but honestly you don't need it - it's a straightforward walk, 20 minutes at most. If you arrive the evening before you're visiting the parks like we did, I'd thoroughly recommend heading into the Disney Village to get some food, soak up the atmosphere, and do some shopping. If you have a full day in the park, it's easy to walk back to the hotel to relax before heading back out for the night. Plus the hotel has some snacks and drinks available to purchase, along with a vending machine with some essentials if you've forgotten/lost them. So, if you're going to Disneyland and you need a simple apartment you can use as an easily accessible base, then it's a pretty good option, and having your own kitchen could be very useful if you've got dietary requirements and so on. Treat it like a budget hotel, and don't get swept up by how nice it looks on the outside, and you'll be fine.
