A magical stay

I stayed here for a week over the Christmas period and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Disneyland Paris and the Val d’Europe shopping mall, which made everything extremely convenient. I felt very safe walking back to the hotel after park close. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with all the amenities I wanted for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well equipped, including a kettle and a good-sized fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a bath with a detachable shower, which was a nice bonus. Storage was also excellent, with a large wardrobe and a full-length mirror. There was slight noise from the adjoining room through the connecting door, but it was minimal and did not detract from my stay. To request heating you can just ask reception to put this on and they will adjust to a temperature of your choice, which was particularly appreciated during winter. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. Overall, I would highly recommend this aparthotel and would happily stay here again, especially for a Disneyland Paris trip.

Frustrating Experience

As many I’m sure do, we booked here for the shuttle to Disney. To our dismay they canceled the shuttle (while we were at the park) due to inclement weather. THEY DIDN’T TELL ANYONE. We were sitting at the shuttle spot for 30 minutes (with 100 other people) until we decided to walk back to the hotel. A little snow may merit slower shuttle times but this was unacceptable, and the rest of our visit it also didn’t ride. Besides that, the hotel is average at best. There were a lot of random broken things (soap pump, step-on garbage can, clothesline). The thermostat isn’t adjustable without having the front desk do it for you. The pillows were extremely flat (and I’m generally not picky). When I asked for a second they were out of extras, so I can assume I wasn’t the only person sleeping in discomfort. I was also surprised that the TV only had a few channels and no streaming services hooked up to it… I thought that was fairly standard nowadays.

With a free shuttle to Disneyland so often throughout the day, and a lovely bakery by the corner and a walking distance from vallee village, you cannot but love this place. An outdoor pool in summer to sweeten the deal. Perfect!

Living nightmare

Stayed twice at this hotel in December 2023 and 2024. First time we visited was as a family of 3 when our daughter was 9 months old. Couldn’t fault it - great location, polite staff, basic but clean. Downfall was the cot we requested was nowhere to be seen , had to collect from reception and it was filthy so I was absolutely not putting my child in it. Returned a year later with more family for another Disney trip and whole different story! Grumpy staff, worn down walls in the corridors, but the worst part was like a living nightmare!! - my husband and I were asleep approx 10pm at night, luckily I couldn’t sleep.. a man SUCCESSFULLY ENTERED OUR ROOM and only left due to me shouting at my husband to wake up! I was TERRIFIED. My daughter was 20 months at the time .. what if I was asleep?! We later found out from my mum who was in a room on the same floor with my sisters , that a man attempted to enter their room too! My husband was furious and went straight to reception and they denied anyone could access the rooms, said all keys are wiped - allegedly watched cctv and saw nothing.. later I complained to our travel provider and the hotel offered a total of £5!!!!!!! Refund! Disgusting!!!! I dress to think what could have happened if I had been asleep that night. We barricaded our door for the rest of our stay and best believe I couldn’t sleep a wink. We noticed the inner locks and latch had been removed from the entrance door to our room and door frame completely smashed in - doesn’t seem like the only time someone has come into another room uninvited here!! It has since miraculously been removed as partnership from the associated Disney travel agents.. we returned again to Disney this year staying on site for a much better experience!!

Super value hotel for anyone visiting Disney.
