Novotel Okinawa Naha 4 stars

The only ACCOR hotel in Okinawa and an overalll poor All experience. Many restaurants but few running. Burger without actual beef. Room with no space (too much furniture or too few square meters) nor view. Executive lounge with no appeal. We praised the indoor Family Markt, the indoor laundry, the breakfast and a nonetheless dedicated stall. As Platinum guests we would have expected a better experience especially compared to SHERATON Okinawa Sunmarina. In order to stimulate Platinum members you need to deliver real extra value rather than fake benefits ('Suite Night Upgrade'). Before trying to sell AllPlus, you need to satisfy with All. Design, marketing and business strategy won't do the trick as "innovation starts with a great user experience".

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the pool on the 3rd floor is amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. Having access to the lounge on the 15th floor was definitely worth it and a big plus. Location was excellent and the parking was very convenient. The only suggestion for improvement I can think of is having more chairs and umbrellas by the pool

The location is a bit remote. The staff are good. Breakfast is less of choice and too “Okinawa style”. I wonder why no most common strawberry jam provided;). Average good facility and service quality.

As a foreigner, i would like more of the staff spoke English.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, and very patient with me as I am not fluent in Japanese. Pretty centrally located-- close to bus stops and cabs are easy to catch directly from the parking lot. The convenient store in the lobby had a wide selection, including specific needs like a modest bathing suit i ended up purchasing in order to cover my tattoos so I could enjoy the infinity pool. The room itself was spacious compared to other hotels I looked at in Japan. If you are staying short or long-term in Okinawa, would highly recommend.
