But we were very disappointed to find out that what looked like a rooftop bar/restaurant where we thought we would be able to meet friends and family was only available for guests staying on the higher VIP floors. If we wanted to get access we would have to pay 8,000 yen per person, per day. (Around $50). I think it should be made clear in their listing that this is not open to the public or to all guests. Also — note that the very nice pool is not heated and so was too cold to use when we visited in November.

Stayed at Novotel Okinawa for 3 nights. I had previously stayed in Novotel Bangkok and Singapore so I am expecting a high standard for this stay however below are the items I felt could be done much better. - The bed was slightly hard, didn't manage to have a very good rest. - Family Mart is located within the hotel however it closes at 12 midnight and there isn't any vending machine for drinks or food within or outside the hotel premises. - The flush button for the toilet bowl is located at the back which is slightly inconvenient to reach. - We were directed to park at P2,3,4 despite the available parking slots at P1. P3 and P4 areas were further away from the hotel and there was a slope upwards from the carpark to the hotel which made it inconvenient to drag luggage up. We only know when reach there.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, catering to both kids and adults, and the staff were attentive and welcoming, making the experience even better. The hotel’s location is great, offering easy access to cultural sites like Shuri Castle and local dining options.

One of the best Novotel I ever been . If you are an ALL gold or Platinium member , you have access to a very nice Top Floor Lounge with food and drinks . There is a nice Pool . Rooms are very nice and big . Food is good There is a bus stop at the door and always Taxis available . City Center is 1 km away .

This hotel should promote more because the experience there was much better than I expected from the promoted pictures. The facility was clean and new. Food was delicious. The price was much cheaper than the experience we gained. I will definitely come back !! 予約時の写真の印象よりもずっと良いホテルでした!!施設はとても綺麗で新しいです。ご飯もとてもおいしかったです。価格はサービスや施設などの体験に比べるとかなり安いと思います。また那覇に行く際は泊まりたいと思いますのでよろしくお願いします。
