Stayed in this hotel for business trip from 1st sept to 3rd sept 2025, did not expect much from this hotel, due to location and star status. However it has disappointed even further, which normally lot of hotel guest miss to point out. Even thou is Accor group, but fails to reach its class. Breakfast was terrible and also the service. Toilet seat had buttons hidden for flush, banged by head looking for it, but most of the functions didnt work, lights were missing, bad maintaince. They had square bob robots running in and out of lifts, talking in local Chinese language, Staling the lifts, also there are only 2 lifts, very slow for high rise, wasted lot of time. not going to this hotel again, also reception staff, dont talk English in this French hotel group. how terrible is this !!! Dont book this hotel.

This was a very nice stay. It had fewer amenities than many other Chinese hotels, such as toothbrush kits and vanity sets. We don’t usually have those in the US but after staying in 5 other hotels in China and seeing them there, you notice when one doesn’t. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was great, and everything worked. Hair dryer, safe, slippers, the usual. The toilet is heated with a built in bidet. There wasn’t a single English language channel, which felt surprising as all our other hotels had at least HBO. Breakfast was yummy, staff was friendly.

We spent 2 nights here on a Tour. Hotel is very clean and modern. Breakfast was really nice and lots of variety. The room was very warm during the night. We should be able to adjust room temp but couldn’t. Also they need to supply another coffee machine and toaster for westerners who stay as there was a bit of a wait. But overall, clean modern hotel with nice staff.

I was quite shocked to be greeted on my arrival by an iPod with a smiling face on a stick. This little greeting robot amused me and then I was surprised to see what a first glance looked like a vending machine but in fact turned out to be a base station for room service robots powered by a phone app. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast very tasty.

The rooms are large and nicely decorated, albeit it is surprising to have the basin just at the entrance. But what has lowered my note is the bloody mirroring of your phone on the tv: you have thumbs of all your videos but not their title so choice is not easy and the connection stops every now and again then you have to restart from the beginning. Finally I gave up, uninstall the app and look at my serie on my laptop. A simple USB/HDMI/VGA port on the TV front would be less trendy but it works. Furthermore even when you choose English language 95% of TV instructions remains Chinese, not very international.
