来之前看到很多差评，心里打鼓 没想到体验非常好，升房大方，给了蜜月礼，工作人员服务也很热情，罗勇这个城市好悠闲每天看看海发发呆，有机会还想再来。

第一天到店后房间没有升级也没有得到任何解释，半夜听到其他房间的大声吵闹的声音打电话给前台投诉依然持续吵闹很久。第二天在我要求下更换了高一级的房型，但是到了晚上没有热水，修理师修理了两次依旧没有热水，在深夜不得不更换另一个房间，可是依旧没有热水

一個很好渡假的地方，環境舒適，餐廳品質有保證，但只差一樣是服務員少，不夠服務員帶路和搬運行李

网页上没有标注酒店分两栋楼且距离500米之外

预订的时候并没有明显标注两栋楼是在距离500米之外，需乘坐酒店的班车才能到达，但是网页的图片则是在沙滩上的，地图甚至都没有Garden wing的位置，这样很混扰顾客的选择。另外，入住第一晚的晚上，酒店突然停电了，大概停了40分钟，酒店并未有采取任何紧急措施，致电询问前台值班经理时，只告知等待，这令顾客非常失望，在房间里没有空调没有灯，小孩子们在房间里很闷。这次入住体验令人非常失望，并且酒店方并未表示任何补偿。

在罗勇旅行住了一晚上，酒店很新，整体性价比很高，早餐丰富，早餐厅的风景很棒。 泳池干净。另外酒店的甜点很好吃，值得推荐。
