Lunch experience with bad dogs

Went for lunch today. At the next table a couple with three dogs including one more than dangerous. They took 2 tables to protect their dogs against heat. Staffs were terrified. Other customers stay away. I do not know if Mercure has a dog friendly policyand if yes I will avoid this hotel in the future. Being dog friendly is not a problem if the hôtel communicate carefully its policies but welcoming unfriendly dogs is not acceptable…

Don´t book Deluxe Suite Ocean View with 1 double bed - Ocean Wing

We we booked and payed for a suite "stunning seaview" but we got room 1103 first night and after argumentation we got what we paid for - room 1203 second and third night. No explanation, no excuse, no compensation. Can you see the difference between the two views, same category same price. Deluxe Suite Ocean View with 1 double bed - Ocean Wing 2 Adults Ideally located at our Ocean Wing, the Deluxe suites offers stunning sea view with one double bed. Design locally inspired with a comfortable space. Modern open bathroom with rain shower. Feature free WIFI, flat screen TV, Mini bar and safety box

Due to full occupancy on your arrival date, the higher-floor room was unfortunately not available for the first night. Injured at This Hotel – $350 in Medical Bills

I suffered an injury due to poor facility maintenance at this hotel. The hotel’s emergency response was shockingly inadequate. Even basic first-aid supplies were not readily available. The most frustrating part was that I was forced to wait outside in extreme heat for my room, even though there was an indoor café right in front of me. Due to severe pain, I requested Tylenol, but I was told to go to a convenience store and buy it myself! So I requested some ice instead but no one came. I had to call multiple times before receiving any response. In the end, I was left with $350 in medical bills and scars. The hotel states that they refunded the room rate as a “gesture of goodwill" and claim that they bear no responsibility. I am glad that I made it out of this hotel. It was middle of no where. I will never use Accor hotel again.

Great stay with fantastic facilities We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel has great modern facilities and the rooms were excellent – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The local seafood was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The kids’ club was also excellent, giving the children lots to do and allowing us some proper time to relax. Overall, a great place for a family stay and one we’d happily recommend.

第一天到店后房间没有升级也没有得到任何解释，半夜听到其他房间的大声吵闹的声音打电话给前台投诉依然持续吵闹很久。第二天在我要求下更换了高一级的房型，但是到了晚上没有热水，修理师修理了两次依旧没有热水，在深夜不得不更换另一个房间，可是依旧没有热水
