Dear Khun Jie W., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Rayong Rim Pae Resort. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful scenery, beachfront location, and found the resort to be a good value for a relaxing vacation. It is also wonderful to know that our Front Office team was able to assist with your room upgrade and that you enjoyed the beach view during your stay. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced. We regret to learn about the condition of the in-room telephone, the lack of navigation information, the poor phone reception, the corrosion on the bathroom door, and the cleanliness issue regarding the hair found on the bed sheets. These concerns do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain, and we understand how they may have affected your overall experience. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping, Engineering, and relevant departments for immediate review and corrective action.
