Hotel położony w super lokalizacji, przy najsłynniejszym deptaku Belgradu, w okolicy sklepy, restauracje, bary i największe atrakcje turystyczne miasta. Pokój, schludny z balkonem. Jedynie czego mi brakowało to ekspres do kawy w pokoju. Polecam gorąco hotelową restaurację!

Totalny brak rozpoznawania statusu All Accor. Bez upgrade pokoju, bez prezentu powitalnego, bez vouchera na drinki, a o śniadanie trzeba było się upomnieć. Accor myślę że warto przypomnieć własne zasady w tym hotelu

First of all, the amount charged for the stay was incorrectly higher by €50 compared to the offer in my Accor app. If I hadn’t checked myself, it would have stayed that way. During the second attempt at payment, the amount was again inflated, this time by around €20. In the end, €214.50 was charged plus €30 for parking, as agreed. However, I unnecessarily lost my time over this. Secondly, the smell in room 406 was unacceptable. I didn’t report it because we came back late from the city. In room 405 everything was fine. Thirdly, I have never experienced a four-star hotel without shampoo for washing hair. Instead, there was just a bar of soap... Fourthly, leaving the parking garage was a nightmare — it took 15 minutes, and security staff from the shopping mall had to help me. When I scanned my card, the system said that my car was not registered. But the day before, I had already paid €30 at the hotel and was assured that everything would work without problems...
