Bardzo dobry hotel z nowoczesnymi pokojami. Świetna obsługa, która jest bardzo pomocna. Niestety brak miejsc do zaparkowania auta w pobliżu hotelu.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Mercure Belgrade and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and overall experience! The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Beautiful decor, staff courteous, polite and helpful. Restaurant options wonderful and generous. The room was spacious and clean and room service prompt! Great hotel - looking forward to returning on my next business trip to Belgrade! Keep to good job

Od pierwszego wejścia wszystko super. Dostałem upgrade do lepszego pokoju niż zarezerwowałem, w pokoju miła karteczka z przywitaniem od Hotelu i ciasteczka. W niedzielę śniadanie było o godzinę wcześniej niż standardowo ( ze względu na maraton ) - dla mnie super , mój pobyt był związany z biegiem w maratonie. Obsługa super, Na korytarzach zdjęcia zBelgradu z lat 30 ,50 ,60, 70 - tak z ciekawości to kilka pięter obszedłem żeby pooglądać zdjęcia. Fajny taras na papierosa, kawę , piwo.
