Hotel room is nice and cozy with bathtub and kitchen amenities. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staffs are genuinely sincere and helpful too especially Robyn at the front desk. Will planning to go back with my husband for staycation. Thank you!

One of the nicest rooms we stayed in under Accor. It’s not even the biggest room of the hotel but it’s really spacious already. There is a full fridge and a kitchenette. My teens wants to stay here again :) Check in and out was a breeze. Parking is limited but we were early and it was after the holidays already so we didn’t have a problem. Their afternoon tea set at their lounge is currently plant-based so we didn’t enjoy it much BUT for sure vegetarians would because for someone who doesn’t like plant based food, I still enjoyed this set.

We might have just found our new favorite hotel in Manila! Check-in took a little longer than expected. The queue was not long. Just took long for them to process the check-in of the group in front of us. Karen more than made up for it though. She noticed the long wait and immediately opened up another check-in counter, repeatedly apologizing for the wait. She also informed me that all my requests were granted as an Accor Plus Gold member--room upgrade, high floor near elevator, and late checkout. (This has convinced me to renew my Accor Plus membership.) She even accompanied us to the room. We were wowed when we went in, It was spacious--complete with kitchen (with kitchen ware, coffee maker, microwave, bread toaster), dining, living room, and a separate bedroom. The bathroom itself was huge--the size of a small hotel bedroom (and with its own TV unit too!) The furnitures were super comfortable. And we got to use the washing machine too. I would suggest the hotel make available luggage racks upon request. But the staff immediately brought up clothe hangers to make up for it. Location is excellent. Short walk to Podium, Megamall, ang Greenhills Christian Fellowship. Check out was smooth. And the staff helped us with the luggage. This is our first time in Joy Nostalg and the entire family agree that it is worth coming back to, especially if we'll still get the room upgrade and late checkout. Thank you Joy Nostalg staff for a few days of "joyful" staycation. It was an enjoyable way to start 2025!

the pillows were the most comfortable and fluffy. The rooms were huge and well maintained. I only noticed the decrease in amenities from the last time I stayed here. Carmela, gelo and the rest of team were extremely hospitable and made us feel welcome.

Stayed during New Year’s. Accor platinum member and got upgraded to a suite room. Amenities are great. I especially loved the sauna. Breakfast buffet was also generous. They have smoked salmon, cheeses, the works. It’s close to The Podium Mall which has high-end luxury brands and another mall that has more affordable stores. It’s walking distance to everything. The room we had on the 18th floor is spacious. There’s a washer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, clothes dryer, dish washer, etc. Carmela at the front desk / reception was exceptional. Anthon and Onat at the executive bar were great. Will come back again.
