The rooms in this particular branch of Ibis had the best rooms that I had experienced in the Ibis chain. Extremely spacious, clean, and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, consisting of croissants, pan au chocolat, breads, jams, good range of cereals, fruit etc. There is a swimming pool which we used, but unfortunately it was covered by debris from the surrounding trees, which was rather dissapointing. Plenty of safe parking adjacent to the hotel. The young lady on the reception who originated from Cordoba in Argentina was extremely helpful and pleasant. Many thanks to her!

We asked for extra pillows and an extra towel and we were told that due to Covid, no extra pillows are available at the hotel. Then, What happens with the pillow on my bed? Do they buy a new one every day...? I was rudely told at reception that ' next time bring your own pillow and good night!!!!!' Lack of professionalism.

A great welcome by Maëlle and a fabulous breakfast managed by Lucy, both on top of their job. This was definitely the highlight of our stay, bearing in mind that going to the city cannot be easier: there is a bus stop just outside the hotel facilitating trips down town.

A recently completed, well located and easy to find hotel. Easy safe parking, Generous common areas. Thoroughly professional reception staff, only too happy to help with anything we needed. The room are good sized, carefully and cleverly laid out. The en-suite shower room was equally well laid out, with a 'wake the dead' shower cubicle. The breakfast was genuinely excellent. Generous verity - including eggs, meats and cheese. I would happily stay at Ibis Cahors again. The on site restaurant shared by this and the Ibis Budget hotel is another matter. Poor food and service. Do NOT go there! I hope that my review helps you. Regards

Stayed one night, and had various problems. Pool was from another hotel. No paths, just mud / grass Door handle broke off when using No gym - yet advertised as having one Air con not functioning properly customer service lacking in most respects. Room not cleaned from previous guest Building dust in room Looks like it was rushed to be finished for the summer season.
