Dear Guest, Thank you for this review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location near public transport and appreciated the decent food at our on-site restaurant. Our team strives to provide a pleasant stay for all our guests, and we are glad that you found our reception staff to be sweet. However, we apologize for any communication difficulties you may have encountered due to language barriers. We continuously work on improving our language skills to better serve our international guests. We are sorry to hear about the noise from the trains and understand that it may have been a disturbance during your stay. For future visits, we recommend requesting a room on the street side, which is generally quieter. Regarding the invoice issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any confusion that may have occurred.
