前台给了550号房间，首先没有提供肥皂，也没有告知如何使用wifi。 最可怕的是入睡时床有异物感，揭开床单，整个床垫表面起球，跟前台沟通并被告知酒店很满没有房间可以换，我再三要求客房服务员来解决，才迟迟来到房间。在服务员检查后才最终给我们换其他房间。整个过程令人失望。 从未有如此的入住体验。

地理位置方便，电梯太老久了，好几次刷不上卡电梯还往上走把我带到其他楼层，又必须下到大堂换另一个电梯，后面两天那个电梯都不敢进了，前台服务一般，向一位女士借用指甲钳她告诉我没有。
