It was our first time staying at this hotel, but it will be our place when in São Paulo. The personnel was very pleasant and understanding. We were given some very thoughtful perks and support. They made our stay a wonderful one. Not only that, but the location is also great. with lots of restaurants near by and and well located if you are on business. I definitely recommend this place

Bed was really hard and pillow even harder. For the price you should at least have a comfortable bed and fluffy pillow. Room very dark and needs touch up. Never stay there again. Lobby looks beautiful, but that is not all we need when staying in a hotel, you need comfort. I am happy to be home today and get a good night sleep, which I did not get while staying at this hotel.

Very clean hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful too! The hotel is very close (walk distance) to a beautiful park (ibirapuera) which is a must place to see/visit while in São Paulo. Hotel is located in a Safe neighborhood too! The roof top has a beautiful view (they should however include a restaurant / bar area there).

We experienced an outstanding level of service during our stay. The staff was professional and exceptionally friendly, with Thiago standing out for his warm and welcoming demeanor! Over the course of two nights, we stayed in two different rooms, both of which were impeccably clean and provided comfortable beds with high-quality linens and towels. The location of the hotel is superb, offering excellent value for the cost. Would highly recommend!
