Thank you for the amazing cocktails Ronit. We enjoyed our evening. Ordered both whiskey based and Gin based drinks . Both were really good. Thank you for accommodating our needs. Food needs some work,it used to better before, Will come back again.

Lovely hotel, stayed for the second time here. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offers a full range of food which is tasty and homely. Subhashini and Gayatri looked after us well when ever we visisted the resturant. I totally recommend coming here and experience it for yourselves.

One of the best hotels in Kerala Mr. Naresh was professional his work very neat… even if he from north he has full knowledge about Kerala tourist spots he helped us to plan our trip better by considering this unpredictable weather condition thank u Mr. Naresh for keeping good work god bless

Had an awesome time at Novotel! The vibes were chill, the food was on point, and the service? Top-notch! Huge shoutout to Ronit, our super cool waiter, who made us feel right at home. He was fun, friendly, and totally nailed the service game. Definitely coming back for the great food and Ronit’s awesome energy!
