The Hotel situated in prime center of city even though it is very long distance from Ernakulam Railway Junction. Hotel is very neat and clean. Front Desk staff members are very cordial. Kitchen and ding staff members were very co-operative. They prepared special diet at my request because of my ill health. But in dining hall staff members are very shortage. They did not serve food immediately. It took very long time between one dishes to another dishes. I am All Accor Gold membership. So they considered for my room upgradation to Suite room. It was very neat , clean and big size room. I enjoyed the staying. The duty manager lady staff member should consider the guest with soft and swift service. She is very rigidity.

The experience was good. Restaurant or dine in team was not attending the phone calls and had to call multiple times to front desk asking for a call back. Also the package inclusion of 15% discount was not applied for dine in room initially and the reception initially mentioned its not applicable for room dine in but later got sorted, There was some confusion and I had to make sure this is applied every-time i order food. otherwise everything was good with food, room service , reception and breakfast. they gave a drawing book to the kid as well, and my daughter was exited. Would recommend this place.

The location is good, Rooms are also good but the restaurant need improvement. Breakfast was cold and food was not tasty. We thought about ordering it in to get it fresh for the next meal and despite repeated attempt was never able to connect to restaurant (despite their promise of calling back). We had the rest of the meals outside and skipped the complimentary breakfast too.

The stay was super comfi and delightful...the front desk staff, Athira, Salomi and other two were very supportive, helpful and accommodating...The Resturant staff Anamika and Awantika were very courteous and professional and the food was absolutely delicious...my experience was just amazing.
