This is the best hotel I’ve been to in Korea! The service is incredible, and the staff are kind, helpful, and efficient. Hyun in Club Millésime was especially welcoming and friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed!

I have stayed at many hotels in Seoul, but this was the only one where every single staff member was genuinely kind. From check-in to dining, the massage, and even luggage assistance, everything was handled with great care. The location is also excellent, making the stay even more convenient. It was an outstanding and truly memorable experience.

I've never left review before even though I always stay at Sofitel whenever I visit Jamsil, but I am writing it this time because I was impressed by Sally's considerable help. I personally think that the service is what I pay for when I stay at a hotel, and in that sense, Sofitel is always the best choice in Songpa area in Seoul. I knew that most of workers here are experienced and professional, but this time Sally was so attentive, she noticed exactly what I needed and helped me with it even before I asked her. I'm writing this review a month later since I got her help as I've been busy flying around recently, I'm quite sure she's forgotten about me ahaha but I do hope I can see her and say thanks next time I visit Sofitel again.

I visited Sofitel to celebrate my birthday and my friend’s birthday. Hyun warmly welcomed us at check-in, and there was such a cute handwritten note waiting for us in the room. It was a truly great and heartwarming experience. I hope to meet Hyun again on my next trip.
