2度目の宿泊です。 前回、施設もお部屋も接遇も、心に残る素晴らしい滞在だったので、今回は、クラブラウンジアクセスのお部屋にしました。 お部屋に入った瞬間から幸せでした。 ラグジュアリーなお部屋で、シグニエルソウル、ロッテワールド、石湖を見渡せて、何度感動の言葉を口にしたかわかりません。 クラブラウンジは、更に素晴らしい景色を見ることが出来ました。 この景色を見るためにソウルに来ました。 スタッフの方は、どのフロアーの方も素晴らしいです。 更に心に残る滞在となりました。 ありがとうございました。 次は連泊してホカンスを楽しみに来ます。

高級ホテル感はあります。 部屋はレイクサイドビューにアップグレードしていただいたため、お部屋からの景色は素晴らしいものでした。大きなバスタブもありシャワー、トイレと別々でよかったです。タブレットでカーテンの開閉もでき近代的なホテルです。 ただ、ホテルのエントランスからエレベーターを6Fで乗り換え必要だったり、ジムは狭く、お部屋のタオルやコップ類が少なく追加で持ってきてもらう必要がありました。サービス面のレベルが相当低いと思いました。

We regret that the elevator transfer process caused discomfort and that the gym facilities did not meet your expectations. We are also very sorry to hear that the number of towels and cups in the room was insufficient and that the lack of drawers made storing your belongings inconvenient. 歯ブラシや剃刀など、このような高級ホテルなのに有料サービスだったことに驚きました。優良なのであれば、バスルームに置かない方がよいと思います。少し気分が守下がってしまいました。
