As you mentioned, there are many attractive spots for tourists such as attractions, shopping areas and eateries surrounding Sofitel. Moreover, it is true we are very close to public transports, several bus stops and also next to two metro lines including the circular ones which is the best to discover the city. In regards to the elevators, we understand our structural division of elevators may cause our guest inconvenience. As you are already aware of, this is to ensure our guests’ safety and security from the public as we are in one wing of twin buildings while the other side is for retails where always are crowded with visitors in & out frequently. To minimize this confusion, we allocate as many staff as we could indeed to help and assist with our valuable guests and we will continue to devote our efforts to better serve our valued guests.
