チェックインの際のスタッフの対応にガッカリした。それ以外で出会ったスタッフはとても良かったのに1人のために悪い思い出となりました。あとEVが分かりにくいです。表示をぱっと見て理解出来ると良いです。

夜遅く、朝早くで滞在時間が短く残念でしたが、疲れがとれました。もっとゆっくり過ごしたかったです。

バスルームの水はけが悪く、シャワー室を使用すると別の部屋のバスタブの方まで水浸しになった。それ以外は部屋も素晴らしく清潔感、高級感があり、ホテルの従業員の対応も親切で素晴らしかった。立地もよかった。

We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed our convenient location, the cleanliness and luxurious atmosphere of your room, as well as the warm and attentive service provided by our team members. We are especially pleased to hear that the colleague who assisted you with your luggage during check-in and communicated with you in Japanese helped make your arrival experience more comfortable. Although we were unable to identify the team member by name, we will gladly share your kind comments with our Concierge and Front Office teams. At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the bathroom drainage issue. We regret to learn that water from the shower area overflowed and reached the bathtub area. This is certainly not the experience we strive to provide, and we understand the discomfort this may have caused during your stay.
