Sofitel is honestly the best place to stay during your stay at Seoul. It has everything imaginable: feet spa, pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and impeccable staff! It was our pleasure to meet Julien Otzenberger- who has been so helpful throughout our stay, he has made the transition really smooth and exciting(plus he has excellent style in suits🤣) Location is very convenient, next to Lotte world so perfect for family and kids! Breakfast was delicious with grilled pork belly and kimchi soup! Overall, best experience! Amanda

Wonderful elegant and very nice hotel. Competent, professional, and very nice staff. Large Suite room, very well equipped and comfortable. Very nice Executive Lounge. Staff in the Executive Suite very helpful and friendly. Julien Otzenberger deserves special mention, extremely competent, friendly and helpful. Nice SPA zone in the hotel and pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

地下鉄２号線やロッテモールが近く とても便利な場所にありました。 レイクビューのお部屋でしたが、レイクはもちろん　ロッテタワーやロッテワールドも窓から望めて、最高でした。 また、スタッフのみなさんが笑顔で感じ良く対応して下さるのがgoodです。

Good hotel . The staff were friendly , we had a club room nice size with separate lounge. We found it’s strange you have to pay extra for a club room and then you cannot take breakfast down stairs at the buffet. We have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world. The club lounge in the evening had a good selection of food but the sparkling drink measures are so small you would need 3 glasses to make a proper glass also the choice of white wine on offer was only one. The hotel is nice & clean good spot for eating nearby in the evening . The lifts are really hard to navigate, if on certain floors you have to change lift to get to the lobby, hotel close to the subway for getting around Would give it 4.5 stars

The location is excellent as you can see Seokchon Lake and Lotte World is nearby. The staff member, Guen, was very kind and provided great assistance, making our stay comfortable. I hope to see them again during my next visit. The hotel pool has long lanes, and the hot tub was perfect for relieving fatigue. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy visiting Korea for travel.
