TUTTO OK TOLTO LA CAMERA CHE E' DAVVERO MISERA, PICCOLA DI DIMENSIONI, SENZA CASSAFORTE, SENZA ARMADIO, COMODINI POSTICCI, SEMBRA UNA VERSIONE CHEAP DELL'IKEA, MA DAVVERO CHEAP, PRESE DELLA CORRENTE STRETTE AL PUNTO CHE NON POTEVO INSERIRE IL CARICHINO DEL LAPTOP. COLAZIONI OTTIME IN COMPENSO, MA SI FANNO NELL'HOTEL DI FRONTE.

Dear Mario, thank you for taking the time to write such an extensive review. We are so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. It is most important to us, that our guests feel comfortable with us. We always also try to create the best possible prices for our guests. However, when there is a fair going on, as it was during your time here, the prices usually rise with higher occupancy in all hotels of the area. We sincerely apologize that this has not met your expectations. When it is getting busy during this time, we sadly are not able to take the time for personal service for our guests, that we would wish for. Moreover, as we are a 2* hotel, we are regrettably cannot provide the same facilities as a 4* hotel does. Kettles can however be always requested at the reception. As of a current staff shortage, our guests profit from the 4* breakfast buffet at the Novotel next door at the moment, which we think is definitely an upgrade for our guests. Finally, as a classic member of ALL, we happily provided you with cheaper member rate , free wifi, and you earned the points for your stay. We therefore met the standards of the program completely. We regret, that also this did not meet your expectations. I do hope that this could clarify things for you a little bit. We would be happy to welcome you at our hotel in the future, in order to create a better experience for you. No Free Parking As Stated, Very Rude Staff

Free parking was not available! Arrived late and tired, incredibly rude receptionist told us theor parking is full and we have to search for a parking place -- either in the street if we're lucky (we were not) or in front of different hotels (where we would have to pay 10-20 euros). When pointing out - respectfully and calmfully - that this is unexpected and rather inconvenient (their site clearly states free parking available), she was extraordinarly rude and aggressive. Next day we asked whether we could be reimbursed for the parking but it was out of the question. Disappointing experience.

Do not recommend! No parking guaranteed even though on their website it is clearly said that parking is available. Had to park in another nearby hotel and pay for the parking. And on top of that the reception worker was mean and disrespectful when confronted with the parking issues.

Hotel ist sauber Zimmer aber sehr klein Bei uns war die Dusche verstopft sodass das Bad unter Wasser war Frühstück war chaotisch Für eine Nacht ok Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein anderes Hotel nehmen

Perfect for a one night stay before we traveled on to Koln. Easy checkin and out. Room very tidy and, actually, quite stylish, especially as it had every convenience needed. The suitcase stand and openwork shelving gave the feeling of not being crowded. Loved the lace work motif in the ceiling! No meals served here but the Novotel across the courtyard was perfect for our needs. Room just big enough for two. Very comfy bed.
