Das Hotelzimmer fand ich sehr groß und geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, wenn es auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist - aber auf eine sehr sympathische Art und Weise. Der Nachtportier fiel leider nicht durch Anwesenheit auf, so dass ich draußen längere Zeit warten musste, bis er mal aufmachte. Das hat den Aufenthalt doch sehr getrübt.

Auch über Ihre netten Worte zur sympathischen Atmosphäre des Hotels freuen wir uns sehr. Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Nachtportier. Ihr Hinweis ist bei uns angekommen, und wir werden daran arbeiten, dass Gäste in Zukunft nicht vor verschlossener Tür warten müssen. Per essere un Hotel Mercure l'hotel è decisamente vecchio e bisognoso di un remake sia nelle parti comuni sia nelle stanze. 350 € per notte senza la colazione e senza nemmeno il servizio di pulizia quotidiano della stanza (a meno che nonvenga richiesto). Scandaloso per una catena come il Mercure. La camera piccolissima e la TV senza un solo canale italiano in un hotel appartenente ad un network internazionale per eccellenza. Bocciato. Salvo solo la posizione. Perfetta

L'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla, ben servito e non lontano da fiera ed aeroporto, peccato che in zona non ci siano ristoranti e si è costretti a spostarsi in centro... Altra nota negativa: il materasso era scomodissimo, molto duro...

Hotel minimal ma carino. Le camere sono piccoline. La cosa che trovo un po' assurda e che spacciano per sostenibilità è il fatto che se non richiesto esplicitamente le camere non vengono pulite. Capisco benissimo non cambiare gli asciugamani quotidianamente ma almeno svuotare la spazzatura e fare un po' di polvere. mi sembra un po' puro green washing per risparmiare sul personale ...?
