L’hotel è meraviglioso e la posizione è ottima. C’è molta attenzione verso il cliente e la pulizia. La colazione top! Avevo selezionato una camera con vista piazza o fiume nella speranza di vedere parte della cattedrale, purtroppo ci è stata assegnata la camera verso il fiume che anzi si vedeva poco, vedevamo principalmente il resto dell’hotel. Di questo sono rimasta molto dispiaciuta.

Albergo situato in bellissima posizione vicino la cattedrale. Personale gentile e molto professionale e disponibile. Camera con vista direttamente sul parco e buonissima colazione. Consigliatissimo

In un hotel a 5 stelle pensavamo di concludere il viaggio facendo un’ottima cena. Invece ci siamo trovati con tavolo sporco, senza apparecchiatura, ed abbiamo ricevuto servizio e cibo davvero pessimi. Abbiamo chiesto pane che non ci è mai stato portato. Il piatto consisteva in una piccola fetta di pollo appena cotto, e patate fritte molli e bruciate, poi sostituite, dopo la nostra lamentela, con altre surgelate. Un piatto economico e persino male cucinato, a livello della più modesta mensa. In un albergo di livello, e’ una cosa inaccettabile, che ci ha rovinato l’esperienza della vacanza. Ovviamente abbiamo evitato di ordinare altro. Ci sentiamo danneggiati.
