In un soggiorno di 4 giorni con amici nella splendida Breslavia x festeggiare un compleanno, abbiamo utilizzato qst albergo ben posizionato e confortevole x le nostre esigenze di visitatori.La reception è accogliente e attiva, professionale.Abbiamo avuto delle perplessità circa il personale addetto alla colazione e alla sala ristorante ( la sera dell' arrivo non ci hanno permesso di mangiare xké al limite dell'orario di chiusura) anche x la colazione ci siamo dovuti affrettare!!!La pulizia è adeguata alle aspettative.Suggerisco di modernizzare l'arredamento delle camere....

Regarding your comment about the restaurant on the evening of your arrival, after reviewing the situation, we would like to clarify that a few Guests arrived shortly after the kitchen had closed, and this was communicated at the bar by our staff. Additionally, at check-in, all arriving Guests were informed that kitchen orders are accepted until 22:30. We completely understand, however, that it was disappointing for some members of your group that a few were able to place orders while others missed the opportunity. All your suggestions have already been forwarded to the appropriate department for further improvements. We truly appreciate your understanding, and your remarks regarding breakfast and room furnishings are noted. Your suggestions will be taken into consideration as we continue to enhance our facilities and Guest experience. Ottima posizione centralissima, personale cortese, pulizia nella media degli alberghi di categoria. Camera tripla (matrimoniale con divano letto) comoda e ben insonorizzata. Ditributore di acqua al piano, Bollitore e macchina con capsule nespresso in camera tra le dotazioni più apprezzate. Colazione ottima per varietà e qualità. Rapporto qualità /prezzo veramente notevole. Consigliatissimo
