sarebbe tutto ok se nn fosse la politica dei prezzi. Pagato 1485 pln 2 notti ma al momento di uscita prezzi offerti 100% meno !!! 380 pln pernottamento ! esagerato !

At the same time, I am very sorry to hear that your overall impression was affected by the pricing aspect. Allow me to explain that room rates in our hotel, as in most international hotel chains, are determined centrally based on current market conditions, occupancy levels, seasonality, and demand in the city. Weekends and peak travel dates – such as the period of your stay – are often associated with higher rates due to increased interest in accommodation. The lower rate you noticed at check-out reflects a different date and demand level. Prices are dynamic and may vary even from one day to another, but they are always aligned with market research and revenue policies applicable to all hotels in our network. As an individual property, we do not have the possibility to adjust these centrally established rates. I truly regret that this situation influenced your perception of the quality of our services and hospitality, as guest satisfaction remains our highest priority. Hotel ben posizionato, vicinissimo al centro città e ad una delle fermate principali di tram e bus. Stanze pulite e spaziose, colazione veramente eccellente!!!

Ottima colazione, unica pecca lo stato di manutenzione del bagno: piatto doccia scheggiato in più punti, porta con evidenti strusciate, specchio di cortesia con supporto rotto. Considerando il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo che la camera fosse perfetta
