前台服务叫小赖态度好，从淘宝定了东西，小赖也一直有跟我最终，帮忙确认收货情况，过程很安心，服务真的很棒👏 房间不错，干净整洁，设施齐全，住得很舒服。地点也很好，出行方便，周边吃饭、买东西都很容易。整体体验超出预期，下次来还会选择这里，也会推荐给朋友。

The hotel was very convenient and near lots of food and shops. The room was comfortable and clean. There was also a gym, which was nice. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not try.

We could not find the hotel!!!!!

I couldn't find it! It took 2.5 hours (walking and taxis) of trying to find the hotel on a Friday evening. Different navigation apps were indicating different directions. One taxi drove us in a circle and dropped us off further away from the hotel than when we started! I was extremely upset (an understatement). Made the booking via Weixin (Wechat). A big mistake. I have tried that twice and both times things did not go well. I explained what happened. Tried calling the hotel. No answer. They did give us an additional breakfast (which was ok) as compensation. And it has street frontage! It should have a proper address! Didi couldn't find it! Amap couldn't find it! Google Maps couldn't find it! Save yourself the trouble and stay at another hotel that's more conveniently located and easier to find. Even had problems there with pick up locations. Perhaps a black spot with regard to mobile phone coverage? At least the room was comfortable.

This was my first time visiting this hotel. I was very surprised by their hospitality. The staffs are very kind, and helpful. I wanted to give a special thank you to Mr. Logan at reception for being so kind and helpful. He runs around making sure everything is perfect for the guests. Hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time. The hotel's location is strategic and very close to the largest shopping malls and restaurants area in Chengdu (Taikoo Li) The only thing that is not good about the hotel is the food service.

Mercure Brands in China are running by Accor's Chinese partner Huazhu Hotel Group. The location of this hotel is good - 10 minutes walk to Chunxi Road Metro Station and around 40 minutes ride from Chengdu Shuangliu Internation Airport. Check in process is really fast thanks for the professional staff in front desk, and complimentary room upgraded to Privilege Room and free breakfast was provided (I'm holding Accor Plus Silver membership). However, they had arranged the smoking room at first which is not what I requested when I booked the hotel. Hence, they have changed my room to a non-smoking room. Hotel staff greeted me everytime when I enter or leave the hotel. That's a plus. One of the best thing about Mecure hotel managed by Huazhu is the free mini bar with soft drinks and juice, housekeeping will refill them daily after you consume them. It also has self-service laundry machines and dryers which is free for the hotel guests . Compare with standard deluxe room, privilege room equiped capsule coffee machine and bathrobe. The view of the room is really nice and you can see Chunxi Road (a popular commercial zone in Chengdu). I was thinking to book Sofitel Chengdu and compare with Mercure Chunxi, it was quite old and hasn't renovated since it opened from 2003. If you are looking for a newer and budget friendly hotel in town. This hotel can be one of your choices. Pros: Nice location in downtown Chengdu. Free mini bar, Friendly Staff, 1 glass of complimentary wine if you're also holding a Huazhu Hotel membership. Cons: Soundproof is not as good as other hotel in my experience. Staff are not really familiar with Accor's loyalty program since the hotel is manage by Huazhu.
