Nice place to stay with all conveniences. Friendly staff, always helps. Comfortable vehicle to Patong and Central Phuket. Convenient location, not far from the sea. Every 10-20 minutes there is a boat that can take you to the beach. Glad to visit this place!

I booked this hotel based on its listing as a five-star property. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. A true five-star experience is defined by exceptional service and attention to detail, which I did not encounter during my stay. From the interior design to the rooms, the overall impression was underwhelming. There was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, and the atmosphere felt closer to a hostel than a resort. Breakfast was disorganized and disappointing, and overall the food quality did not meet expectations. I was relieved to find nearby cafés, as dining within the hotel was not enjoyable. That said, I truly loved the area — it is beautiful, lively, and well located. Unfortunately, my issue was solely with the hotel itself, and overall I did not enjoy my stay as expected from a five-star property.

We always aim to deliver friendly, efficient service within our lifestyle concept and we are sorry that this was not reflected during your stay. Our experience as a family was the best ever. The staff were kind, helpful and always happy especially Chaba! My wife, our children and I absolutely adored Chaba.

We had the best time, facilities were excellent. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the shot ferry ride to the beach. The staff were amazing, especially Chaba, she went above and beyond for us and made our stay the best experience. We will definitely be back. 😊
