We had a wonderful time, the kids enjoyed the freedom of roaming around safely using the bicycles. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nice food variety, with tennis and gym. They had a lovely golf but we did not try to play. Concierge team were so thoughtful and helpful Ns. Aomsin & Lucky.. we also enjoyed private chef in villa dinning (Khun Aum).

This hotel was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful stay here and the staff couldn’t do any more for us! There were a few issues on arrival with the villa pool but these were swiftly rectified and handled impeccably. All the staff right from check in, to breakfast, bar staff, housekeeping and Concierge were so welcoming, helpful and friendly! We did not want to leave as we had such a wonderful experience here! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel for families. We had a three room double-pool villa. The service was superlative. Our thanks to Mo, our villa host, who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is served either in the Watercourt or Saffron. It can get rather crowded, especially after 9 am and on rainy days. The selection is excellent and changes from day to day, so one does not have to eat the same thing monotonously. The barbecue at Watercourt in the evening is excellent. A seafood bucket for two has prawns, scallops, squid, mussels and a crab. Order the local seabass as an extra. The steak is not quite so good. Better stick to the seafood. The other dinner location is Saffron, which serves Thai food. Again, the food is very good. The massaman curry was excellent. We would like to commend Max and Tiffy from the Watercourt, who were attentive and did everything they could to ensure that we had a good experience, especially for the two children. At Saffron, we should mention Pla; again excellent service. There were others, too numerous to name individually. Overall the service was excellent; among the best in the world. The only complaint was my wife's experience at the Spa. We went twice, for a head, shoulder and foot massage. The first time was excellent. The second time my wife let with pain in her side. This has never happened before. We have tried the Banyan spas in the Seychelles, Lang Co, Bali, Bintan and Samui. Never was there a problem. We have stayed at the Banyan Phuket many times over the last 20 years. I am happy to say that the standard has been maintained and even improved. Definitely to be recommended.

My husband and I had the best honeymoon here. The staff are the nicest you will ever encounter. The amenities at this resort are amazing with a delicious variety of breakfast, amazing bar and dinner, bikes to ride around, 24/7 access to pool and hot tub, and more. Wish I could rate this place higher! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Thailand.

Resort is amazing. Great service, beautiful villas, and good F&B options. Great attention to details, which makes the experience better. Was booked in to a 90 minutes massage. Really nice spa and treatment with Margi! Will definitely come again and recommend!
