Such an amazing hotel, A five star service going above and beyond to make your wishes come true. The food was also amazing having the best quality and most delicious food in Phuket. The quality of the rooms are just superb exceeding all expectations. I will definitely be staying at Banyan Tree every time I come back to Phuket. Also credit to Tino, My villa host for taking care of all my needs during my stay there.

This review is for the Spa at Banyan Tree, Phuket only. We had a 90minute massage here and it was amazing. Special thanks go to the 2 staff: Kiki and Cookie. These therapists are fantastic and very professional at their work. I suffer from a bad neck and shoulders and this has really helped me. We both had a wonderful experience in a beautiful room and surroundings. Would highly recommend you try if you are stay inf here. We have booked again.

Lovely dinner at Le Petit Chef. Food and ambience was excellent and the Petit Chef doesn't disappoint. Thanks to the warm hospitality of Khun Niwat, Katie, Mook, Taiwan and Mod for my making the experience so memorable. This is our second visit.

It was paradise! Luscious greenery, peaceful, serene. Staff were incredible, friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was an assortment of cuisines, excellent, fresh exotic fruit, etc. The rooms(villas) are spread out over a large area and they have golf carts to take you to and from the rooms. What we liked about the Banyan Tree is the exclusivity and privacy. No hordes of tourist running around the lobby! Also, there is an 18 hole golf course, access to a beach and a very good spa. We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here and they had appropriately decorated our room and provided a bottle of sparkling apple juice (do not drink alcohol), as congratulations. Restaurants were excellent, as they all catered of vegetarians (No meat, No fish, No seafood). STAND OUTS 1. Ho Jo - (Japanese Restaurant) This was the first time we could get a authentic vegetarian meal in a Japanese restaurant all thanks to the excellent staff (Looksorn, Ticha, Nicha & Namtarn) 2. Concierge We would like to thank Pammy, for all here help in organising a Phuket Experience tour with James Bond Discovery {Our Guide (Ben) and Driver (Bao) were excellent} 3. Spa We would like to thank Suttida and her team for a great couple’s Spa experience. We can highly recommend this hotel (especially for special occasions) and can’t wait to visit again as it was such a memorable experience. THANK YOU!!

It was very very wonderful and great. The room condition was a perfect in this season, I mean winter. There were a little bugs and mosquitos. And also swimming pool was ever than good. There are two restaurants for breakfast, one is 'the water court' and the other is 'TRE'. In my personal pick was TRE. Our manager Jason was very greatfully take care about us. He recommended some places to sighting and hotel events. And he even told us some good outside resaturants. It was very great experiences ever have. Thank you Jason!!!
