Especially chairs and less tables were worn at Soul kitchen restaurant. Some of sunbeds were also worn and even a bit torn. The terrace surrounding the pool and restaurant was not in good shape. We had a superior room with seaview but there was no decent table to work with a lap top. The roof top bar got some smell of marijuana from a partycafe nearby. Not nice.

Spent Christmas here with the family, first time in Thailand, and has been beyond any expectations. The service throughout the hotel has been superb, and can warmly recommend both the different buffets at the hotel, and the rooftop bar with an amazing view over the bay! (Our guy Sun at the rooftop also make a killer Mai tai)

The welcome was very cold, not helpful, broken wheelchairs (only 2 available) very old and uncomfortable. In a nut shell, avoid it if you can find something better.

I recently stayed at Novotel Kamala Beach for 3 nights, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. As an Accor Plus Gold Member, I was delighted when they upgraded me to a stunning Pool Villa, which made my trip extra special. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food—every dish was on point! Whether it was local Thai flavors or international options, everything exceeded expectations. I also had the chance to enjoy a private cabana for a day by their beach, which was such a relaxing and luxurious touch. The hotel’s pool is great, but since I had my own private pool in the villa, I mostly spent time there. Still, the main pool had a lively yet laid-back vibe, perfect for anyone wanting to take a dip or just hang out. The thoughtful details really stood out—like the welcome drinks upon arrival, which were so refreshing after the travel. And without a doubt, the staff at this property are some of the best I've encountered. Friendly, helpful, and always making sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. I had an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel—especially for those looking for a tranquil beachfront getaway in Phuket. I’d happily return!

Amazing stay at Novotel kamala beach. The location was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves. The hotel was spotless and beautifully designed A special thanks to Kathy and the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The uncrowded beach offered perfect tranquility and relaxation We were near the smart bus station and for more crowded places there were patong that was near too
