The Lady from Front Office was very welcoming and attentive. Also the waiters were very friendly. The hotel is very charming and has very good pool facilities to spend nice day and chill out, if you want to have a break from excursions in Luang Prabang. Smoothies were very fruity and tasty. We also tried out the sandwich made on lao way. Very good! Thank you for the amazing afternoon!

Had a deep body relaxation massage with Ms Kham at the spa in this hotel. She did an amazing job and I was very relaxed afterwards. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Beautifully set in a home that once belonged to a prince. Calm gardens and beautiful swimming pool. Restaurant and bar by pool with the friendliest staff. Warmest welcome. Every member of staff did their utmost to make us feel comfortable and at home
