Sehr schöner und sauberer Strand. Die Angestellten sind alle sooo lieb und hilfsbereit. Verpflegung und Pool super. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und hier gehört vieles erneuert. Die liebenswerten Menschen hier haben es aber zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub gemacht. Penny hat uns innerhalb einer Stunde eine Geburtstagstorte besorgt uns war sichtlich stolz drauf. Echt toll, danke. Wiwik im Restaurant, Dave und Pancha waren super 🤩

Ruhige Lage Strand schnell Menschen leer. Die Zimmer sind etwas alt, aber Sauber.Essen ist super vor allem am Samstag der Grillabend am Strand.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage an einem puderweißen Strand. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal extrem freundlich. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer großen Familie. Dafür vielen Dank an Arun von der Xana Beach Bar, Benny vom Pool, Wiwik vom Lotus Cafe und Pancha von der Rezeption. Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Da wir 10 Tage waren , hatten wir den Strand und die Anlge unter der Woche fast für uns allein.

Das Personal im gesamten Resort ist unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Spa im Angsana ist absolut zu empfehlen, großes Kompliment an meine Masseurin TATI. Im Bintan Ressort gibt es 3 Hotels, neben dem Angsana noch das Banyan Tree ( eher hochpreisig) und das Cassia. Wir hatten uns für das Cassia entschieden ( 2 Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, Meerblick) und waren total zufrieden. Das Bintan Resort ist absolut zu empfehlen wenn man eine Auszeit mit Strand, Meer und Ruhe sucht.
