Peaceful and quiet location, away from the city hustle and bustle. Staff were attentive and helpful. Overall a very comfortable stay.

In-villa bbq dinner impressed our guests

We booked a water terrace suite but they upgraded us to a water view villa, I think it might be because I booked the in-villa bbq dining which was great especially when you’re inviting guests over. The bbq dinner with a private chef and waiter, they had 2 options ¥688 for normal menu and ¥1088 for seafood menu, we had 2 of each which was more than enough to feed 4 adults and 2 children. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the breakfast was very disappointing, I didn’t feel like it was Banyan tree level and also, the plants by the lake were not groomed, only the main areas of the hotel were well maintained.

A Wonderful Family Journey

I stayed here two days with my family. The staff did leave a deep impression to me for their hospitality, patient and willingness to help. I really enjoy the kindness of Neil Lv and the smile of Tako Huang, for making my first stay in Banyan Tree brand comfortable, arranged, and delightful. Though the hotel is under maintenance, the team has kept everything in its place. It is a great oppurtunity to immerse myself into the leisure time, since the signature landscape is there as usual, and the vila sends out the classical refined breath everywhere. It has been my first choice in Xixi wetlands park.

Nice but underwhelming

I stayed here in the two bedroom villa. The villa was nice enough. The front and back patios were excellent. Good sun during the day and nice and breezy at night. There were mosquitos, but being on the water that’s to be expected. The service was very basic. Occasionally there was a golf cart to take us to the villa but it was not consistent. Breakfast was also mediocre. For a hotel charging over US $1000 a night, we were expecting more. While the room was nice the service could have been better.

locate at the XiXi Paredise, no doubt one of the best luxry hotel nearby. services were high standard, hotel facilities was bit old, but well maintained. dont miss it if you expect quiet, tranquil escape
