Find Peace And Solitude In A Gem Of A Resort

Banyan Tree Ringha is a gem of a resort. Expansive suites are housed in traditional Tibetan homes and set alongside a picturesque river. Postcard-worthy views can be had from your room’s verandah. Interiors are traditional yet plush. There is so much space that one wouldn't know what to do with it all. The bathroom on the ground floor is almost the same size as the bedroom and living room upstairs. These accommodations are truly one-of-a-kind. There are quirks to the rooms like dim lighting in the dressing room area and having to walk downstairs to use the toilet but overall it feels authentic and luxurious. The staff are so kind. Everyone remembered you — you weren’t just a number. The standard of English was very good. They really couldn’t do enough for you. Those at the restaurants will explain to you menu items that are local to the area and teach you how to eat them. When you get dropped off at the lobby, you’ll be offered local tea and biscuits. This team is quite the opposite to the one at the mediocre sister property in Lijiang. Thank you to Lucy and Zhouma amongst the many others whose names we didn’t get. One felt taken care of and looked after. I did not feel any altitude sickness though the short walks up the hill did leave me breathless. There is an oxygen machine in the bedroom if needed. Thank you for a truly unique stay that was both peaceful and relaxing.

We recently spent a few days in the Banyan Tree Ringha and it was exactly the peaceful escape we needed. Beautiful private room for my family. Surrounded by rolling hills, quiet trails, and stunning natural scenery, every moment felt like a breath of fresh air. The local hosts went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. From sunrise walks through wildflower meadows to cozy evenings under the stars, my day was finished with a great SPA treatment. the trip offered the perfect blend of nature and hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors.

Séjour merveilleux dans un cadre sublime et reposant. Personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable . Chambre spacieuse et confortable en duplex de type villa tibétaine avec terrasse face a la nature. Excellente cuisine locale depuis le petit déjeuner jusqu’au dîner

Albergo incredibile, è diffuso su un villaggio Tibetano con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne che la circondano. Situato a poca distanza dalla città di ShangriLa con i sui magnifici tempi Buddisti e la vecchia città, accanto al Parco Nazionale di Potatso primo parco in Cina tutto a 3600 mt. Il servizio in Hotel è di prima classe, le stanze sono meravigliose con una cura dei dettagli incredibile. Infine ci tengo a ringraziare Kendrick per la sua super assistenza che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.
