Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal (vom 01.-16.12.) in den letzten 10 Jahren im Banyan Tree/Phuket. Die Pool-Villen, der Service und die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter sind auf höchstem Niveau. Und als Golfer hat man einen Top-Platz direkt vor der Tür. Einen Abstrich gab es diesmal beim Essen. Das Frühstück ist top, aber der Versuch das Abendessen auf eine qualitative Stufe eines Sternerestaurants zu heben, ist fehlgeschlagen. Die Restaurants waren abends wenig besucht. Wer nach Thailand kommt möchte authentische Thai-Küche und kein Schnickschnack mit vier verschiedenen Reissorten. So sind wir im Resort meistens zum „Japaner“ gegangen.

Wir haben gerade eine weitere traumhafte Zeit im Banyan Tree Phuket verbracht – zunächst eine volle Woche und zum krönenden Abschluss noch einmal zwei Tage. Da dies bereits unser fünfter Aufenthalt war, hatten wir hohe Erwartungen, und sie wurden erneut in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Der Service: Einfach unbeschreiblich Was das Banyan Tree so besonders macht, ist das Personal. Man wird hier nicht nur als Gast, sondern wahrhaft königlich behandelt. Nichts ist dem Team zu viel; jeder Wunsch wird einem förmlich von den Augen abgelesen. Diese herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität in allen Belangen sind der Grund, warum wir immer wieder zurückkehren. Kulinarik: Frühstück der Extraklasse Das Frühstück lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl ist riesig, die Qualität hervorragend und das Highlight am Morgen: Man wird bereits zum Start in den Tag mit Cüpli verwöhnt. Ein luxuriöser Standard, den man so nur selten findet. Fazit: Wer perfekten Service, Ruhe und erstklassige Kulinarik sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Banyan Tree Phuket ist für uns ein fester Rückzugsort geworden. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben in der Double-Pool-Villa gewohnt. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und der riesige Pool in dem wunderschönen Garten runden den Gesamteindruck ab. Der freundliche Service ist sehr wohltuend. Einen besonderen Dank an die Restaurants Hōjō und Tre. Die hervorragende Küche und der perfekte Service in beiden Restaurants hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die wundervolle Zeit.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern für eine längere Zeit im Banyan Tree Phuket. Es war einfach nur wunderschön! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und empfehlen das Banyan Tree sowohl Paaren, Freunden als auch Familien. Es ist sehr gut gelegen und die Sonnenuntergänge mit den vielen Bars ein Traum! Die Anglage ist gross und doch hat jeder seine absolute Privatsphäre. Die Restaurants, der Pool und das Spa sind einsame Spitze! Das Morgenbuffet ein Traum für jedermann. Ein spezielles Dankeschön den besten Barkeepern an der Poolbar Men, Jem, Ton, O und Poo! Ihr macht einen fantastischen Job und seid immer für einen Spass zu haben! Wir vermissen die Zeit mit euch schon jetzt! Und danke, dass ihr unseren Sohn so herzlich empfangen habt! Auch einen grossen Dank an Andi, mit welchem wir die lustigsten und herzlichsten Buggyfahrten hatten! Ihr werdet uns alle sehr fehlen!
