Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten vom 16.12.-24.12.2025 einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Banyan Tree Bintan Resort. Es war einfach traumhaft und es hat alles gepasst. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war von der Rezeption bis zur Küche sehr aufmerksam und so unfassbar lieb und freundlich. Wir hatten die Villa 120 und konnten sogar zweimal die Affen Gruppe beobachten. Die Villa war wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Reinigung erfolgte täglich vormittags und abends kam das Moskito Team und hat alles für die Nacht vorbereitet (Mosikotnetz am Bett, ...) und auch nochmal die Handtücher bei Bedarf gewechselt. Täglich gab es kostenlos Wasser in Glasflaschen. Diese konnte man auch jederzeit nachordern. Auch am Pool wurde man kostenlos mit kalten Wasserflaschen versorgt! Zusätzlich gab es eine Lotion zum Einreiben gegen Moskitos. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Das Abendessen haben wir in der gesamten Zeit ausschließlich im "The Cove" gehabt (eigener Wunsch). Wir haben das Essen und den Ausblick aufs Meer jeden Abend sehr genossen. Es gibt aber noch zwei weitere Restaurants. Der Strand wurde jeden Tag vom angespülten Müll gesäubert. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption konnte man auch bequem per WhatsApp abwickeln (wenn man z. B. einen Buggy oder Wasserflaschen brauchte). Es war einfach großartig und wir konnten abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Daher fiel der Abschied auch sehr schwer! An dieser Stelle möchten wir ein paar Angestellte besonders hervorheben, die dazu beigetragen haben, dass unser Urlaub so wundervoll war und die uns besonders in Erinnerung bleiben: Trainee Jhon, mit dem wir uns sehr gut verstanden und tolle Gespräche geführt haben. Ebenso Clara, Deci, Ronaldo, Gin Gin, Ingrid, das gesamte Küchenteam von "The Cove", die uns jeden Abend mit ihren Gerichten verwöhnt haben, Tommy und sein Moskitoteam und auch das Spa Team des Banyan Tree! モンスーン時期でアクティビティができなかったが、美味しい料理とスタッフの明るいホスピタリティで楽しく過ごせた。 シンガポールからフェリーは、少し揺れて子供は皆気分が悪くなっていた。

Menginap di hotel bintang 5 yang ada di bintang, sekalian mengikuti mandiri bintang marathon, view yang sangat bagus dan staff yang sangat ramah, tidak kalah dengan sarapan di tree tops yang sangat enak
