An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and thoughtful service that makes you feel truly valued as a guest. The dining experience deserves special mention. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, clearly prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. The variety, balance, and attention to detail made each meal feel like a curated experience rather than just food on a plate. The ambience throughout the hotel is refined yet relaxing, creating the ideal environment to unwind. Rooms were spotless, well designed, and extremely comfortable, while the staff consistently went above and beyond with warm, attentive service that never felt forced. This is a place where hospitality is done right. I left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality, comfort, and memorable experiences.

The experience was simply magical and amazing, the staff were very friendly, helpful and went out to arrange a beautiful birthday surprise for me, the gracious ness of the staff is beyond words, I would return again for Its magic!

Very good experience with Banyan Tree Bintan. We had a lovely stay at One Bedroom Infinity Pool Villa, stunning views. The staffs are so welcoming and friendly, we definitely feel like home.

Absolutely brilliant stay at Banyan Tree from the enchanting birthday serenade on our first night, to the fluffiest gluten-free pancakes that hit all the right spots, and the most divine, soul-soothing massage in the spa. It was my birthday, and the incredible Amirah, Deci, and their wonderful team went above and beyond, showering us with care and making every moment special. Amid my chemo journey, the spa team was exceptionally thoughtful and gentle, double-checking everything to ensure perfect harmony with my treatment and even a present for my birthday, pure kindness! Muhammad introduced us to Banyan's peaceful world and was always just a buggy ride away whenever the tropical heat became too much. The entire team embraced us like what felt like a family, with their warmth, smiles, and helpfulness creating memories we'll treasure forever. We can't wait to return though our only "complaint" is the stay ended far too soon!

We stayed for two nights at Banyan Tree Bintan for a wellness escape with my daughter, and we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed. We ate at all of the restaurants, and everything was super delicious; the juices were especially tasty. The spa was an unforgettable experience, especially the hot towel cleansing at the end. My daughter and I also really enjoyed making a handmade bag from coconut leaves during the workshop. The hotel has beautiful natural surroundings and a very exotic villa design. My daughter was extremely happy when she saw the leaf monkeys. They were very friendly and adorable. The hotel’s cleanliness was quite good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot many of their names and only remember Mutia. Special thanks to all of them for making this holiday an unforgettable memory in our lives. 🤍
