Nice hotel, although it needs some refurbishing now. But it’s well kept and the views are amazing. Incredibly kind staff, especially our housekeeping team, Tommy and Afif, and our pool man, Asmardi. Thank you guys. You made our stay very special 😍

Very relaxing, great staff and close to Singapore. The accommodation 2 bedroom villa with a pool was amazing and the spa was terrific. The house keeping and buggy drivers we also so nice and went over and above to make our stay amazing. David, Lilia and Wendy are the best! The Thai and Indonesian food is great, skip the Cove restaurant. The ambiance is awful, giant hooded grill so you can’t hear each other and the food is average. It is a tad expensive for food but the portions are huge so splitting a main and an appetizer is fine for 2. Best to bring your own alcohol and mixers as they are very pricey even with happy hour on the beach next door. The only staff member who was not terrific and notably so was the woman in the gift store.

The resort is very nice and provide the privacy and tranquility my daughter and I looked for. We stayed for 2 nights, one night courtesy to Amex voucher and the other as Accor Platinum member which get us room upgrade with sea view, champagne breakfast for 2 and 50% dining at dinner time. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

I am very happy to stay at Banyantree, the service is very good, starting from the front office staff who are very friendly and very helpful (Azlani) then the housekeeping who has prepared the room very neatly, fragrant, and clean (Ican & Firdaus). Breakfast at Treetop is also amazing with its good and very friendly staff, and very helpful (Yudi, Mayang, Rio, Haryono, Ronal). and big thank you to the Xana Beach Club staff (Agung, Agus, Bagas, Daniel, Nawir, Erico, Romel, Yance) who have arranged my dinner to be unforgettable I am very happy. Thank you for everything I will come back again.

It was my 2nd stay at the Banyan Tree Bintan. The 1st one was a washout since it rained all the time and everything was just depressing. However, this time the weather was perfect so was my stay! The resort is one of the older properties of the Banyan Tree Group, however it is being maintained very well. The location is fantastic, with a direct beach access. I stayed for 6 nights at one of their Oceanview Infinity Pool Villas and I could not have been happier. The villa consists of open gazebo, two identical separate buildings facing each other (one building with a bedroom/bathroom and other one with a living room, however it can be turned into a 2nd bedroom, if needed) and a huge pool in the middle facing the sea. The villa is spectacular, but the pool makes it so unbelievably good. One does not feel like leaving the villa and/or going to the main pool of the resort. I rarely did. The bedding is top notch, the bathroom products are of the highest quality. The resort has a number of excellent restaurants, among them the signature restaurant of all Banyan Tree hotels, the Saffron (Thai specialty). The other ones are The Treetops (Indonesian cuisine) and the Cove (European fare). The meals are deliciously delicious! The resort is located next to the Angsana hotel and they both organize a fabulous grill night on the beach. Wide selection of food, definitely a must. What makes this resort extra special are its people. They are all genuinely kind and nice. Always with a smile, happy to help with anything, no matter of their position at the resort. It is not surprising at all once you meet the GM of the resort, Mr. Alpha Eldiansyah. Such a lovely, generous and modest man. He treats his staff as his family so no wonder that it reflects so well on their attitude toward the guests. We were treated like a royalty. Their passion for excellence, commitment to perfection and outstanding performance deserves my applause. This property reflects so well what the Banyan Tree Group stands for. I had a wonderful stay and I will return in a heartbeat. Thank you Alpha and the entire team!
