From the moment we entered the resort the team at all levels were superb courteous hospitable and ever ready to cater to any need we had. We would like to thank staff at reception, restaurants, in room dining and the housekeeping team especially Lilik, Darwis, Firdaus, Adi (in photo below). Darwis sings Bollywood songs beautifully. Had an amazing time.

The room gorgeous - private stunning views of the ocean the sound of waves and the gentle breeze. Perfect!!! And all the thought that went into the room itself. Every meal we had was outstanding. The icing was the staff everyone welcoming and helpful always with a smile. Special mention to Fandi and his team inc Gladys Grace etc at the tree top restaurant. Megi and team at Saffron. Then our bbq Ari Kusuma, Sono. The housekeeping team made up our room with flowers so beautiful Li Lik. Firdaus Darwin’s and Agus. Wow wow wow. Leaving with great memories. Will be back.

Spent Christmas at Banyan. We are a family of 5. Two teenagers and a 10 yo stayed at a villa with infinity pool. Very spacious rooms with comfy beds. Great view and outdoor area. Food was delicious, all the staff were friendly and always smiling. Nice sandy beach.

The villas and surroundings are gorgeous, simple and elegant. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The entire staff is friendly, responsive, proactive and solutions oriented. We would especially like to thank Kasir and Sofyan who picked us up with a smile and always ensured our comfort and satisfaction. We felt like old friends by the end of our stay and would be very happy to return to this property.
