This was my biz trip . Excellent staff and service! They are so friendly. Definitely will come back. The location is not ideal, but there is always a taxi available for you. Beautiful view from your room, had a wonderful experience. Thanks again

We were upgrade to Junior suite😊 Free shuttle (Volvo EM90) to Oriental Pearl Tower, great room with nice view, beautiful pool and hot tubs Full breakfast till noon and late check out Excellent service from entrance to front desk👍 Many thanks to Hilary (security) and Terry (front desk)🙏😍🥳

I spent two nights here with my son. The room had a very-very beautiful view. These are some of the best breakfasts I've ever had while travelling the world. The rooftop bar was exceedingly enjoyable; the views are breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel location is ideal. We took the metro from the airport because our bags weren't too heavy, and it was easy and cool. The next day we explored the city by metro as well. After a day in the loud and busy city, it was great to come back to Banyan Tree and relax in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. A minor issue was that I had to inquire about and provide an explanation regarding the welcome drink and the late check-out (I requested an extension of 1.5 hours and was granted permission to remain an additional hour and check out at 1 pm). As a gold Accor member of their loyalty program, this is typically not a concern. But in this case I had to explain and ask additionally. However it was easy to settle, because the Banyan Tree team was very nice and polite. We liked this beautiful hotel very much.

Spacious room with amazing view

We booked 3 riverside rooms, they managed to give us an upgrade on 1 of the rooms to bund view room which has an amazing view. But even the other 2 riverside rooms you still have an amazing view, it’s just on the lower floor. The rooms are spacious with huge comfortable lounge sofa near the window (It’s more comfortable than most rollaway bed). Unfortunately the bar which apparently has one of the best view of Pudong was under renovation. The hotel is also located near raffles city north bund shopping mall (there’s a great food court at the basement with retro design called citymart)

A wonderful getaway with my fiancée. Our experience at Banyan Tree Shanghai On The Bund was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. The staff that welcomed us and walked us through our room, gave a detailed introduction to its features and ensure we knew where everything located. When we could not find our WIFI login details, she responded quickly and responsibly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The level of care and attention to details was impressive. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and well maintained interior. It felt like every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety, from western options to Chinese dishes included waffle, pastries, noodle, egg station and more. We especially enjoyed the Greek Yogurt. Bayan Tree Shanghai On the Bund continues to impress us with its warm hospitality, comfortable rooms and excellent service. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting for Shanghai.
