Great large beautiful pool villas. Excellent ocean view from villa B3. Great food and excellent service. Tong in the sport/beach center gave me a fantastic introductory Muay Thai boxing lesson!

In terms of sights, sounds, environment, facilities, activities, service and luxury villas, think “White Lotus” and you will be spot on. Special shout-out for Nee in the spa who gave me an excellent Balinese massage. We will be back!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt so relaxed, the service and attention to detail from every member of staff during our stay was exceptional. The check-in process was quick and efficient and we were soon settled into our beach front villa. Our villa host Chan was amazing throughout our stay, making our holiday stress free. Our villa was superb and very well appointed with a living area, bathroom & a huge walk-in shower and the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, with the choice of pillows, bed linen, sleep essential oils and choice of incense sticks. The outside area was also very well appointed with a large pool, sun lounge area and additional seating. We enjoyed the food during our stay, the breakfast buffet was very good and catered for all tastes. In the evening we mostly ate in the Sands Restaurant which has a large and varied menu, the food was excellent and we thought it was very good value for money. We also enjoyed the Spa, we had two massages during our stay and both were excellent, I would also highly recommend the Rainforest Experience, we thought this was amazing. The hotel also has a very varied activities programme, we took part in the aromatherapy workshop, making room sprays, which is a great reminder of our holiday now we are home. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel.

First and foremost we arrived in Banyan Tree and doesn’t even know awaits of us.. the moment we saw the Villa there’s no words can describe because it is indescribable, the place and villa itself was so amazing , it’s a PARADISE … you must see it yourself.. we are lucky enough to to have Dada as our host , she was was FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL and she does her job with heart and when we need something from her she did it very fast not even in 2 mins. She come to us everyday ( except when she had day off Anna took lover her role which she is also very good) and asked how are we doing , if we need anything. The excursion which she booked for us is very good we are satisfied, Note our tour guide and Adam our driver did their good very professional. The Location , Banyan Tree itself is just like heaven. All the staff starting from the reception, to the food and beverages,housekeeping and the buggy team they are all very polite, everyday they have a smile in their face ,very polite and very helpful. The time went so fast and I can say the 11 nights seems to be so short because every we had activity starting in the morning until evening. Best regards to the housekeeping team Tatuka, Boy and her team who keep two times a day our villa clean and there’s always a surprise for us.. They are all amazing , stunning. It’s just indescribable!! If I can give 110% I will rate it. Worth the money .. you get more than what you pay..
