I regret to read of the inconvenience which you experienced regarding the undesirable rubbish at our beach. During periods of inclement weather in the region, we occasionally face the challenge of currents bringing unwanted debris into our bay. However, our team actively conducts routine beach cleanings to combat this temporary issue. I hope we shall be able to showcase improved conditions for you during a future visit. Please note that the pricing of our F&B services remains in line with other five-star properties on Samui. While we do recognize that cheaper services can be found outside our resort, the consistency of the quality, hygiene and service is what sets us at a higher tier than locally-operated restaurants in the area. It should be noted that the flight path varies depending on weather conditions. For extended periods of the year, the flights arrive to the airport from the north and do not pass over our resort at all during the route.
