From the comfort and privacy of your Ocean View Pool Villa to the dining within the resort including the complimentary ‘bubbly’ and variety of cuisine at our breakfast buffet at The Edge to the relaxation and marine activities found at our private beach and, lastly, to the special touches provided, it is wonderful to read that we were able to exceed your expectations and deliver a truly memorable stay. I have already passed along your comments to your Villa Host, Golf, as well as our entire team for added motivation to continue delivering the highest standards of service which is a trademark of our brand. As seasoned travelers around the world, we are honoured to know that you rank us at or near the top of your resorts and destinations visited. However, I regret to read of the drawbacks that you have highlighted. It is great that you enjoyed the comfort of your pool villa. While we recognize that the wardrobe space in our villas is limited, we do offer the option for guests to have an additional clothing rack in the villa to help provide a place for storing their clothing and it is unfortunate that we were unable to address this concern of your during your stay in order to help make your living area in the villa as comfortable as possible. Moreover, I have taken note of your suggestion to offer a cocktail reception with management and shall consider to implement this in the future.
