Отель состоит только из вилл, это создает тихую атмосферу, для жителей мегаполисов самое то, чтоб расслабиться. Были у нас некоторые вопросы- претензии к отелю в первый день, но персонал отеля на второй день все вопросы решил, и более того начал работать на опережение наших желаний. В отеле завтрак до 12.00, присутствуют привычные для нас блюда, также с 17.30 до 18.30 в баре на пляже бесплатно можно выпить вино, пиво, прохладительные напитки, предлагают орехи, печенье, фрукты. Вечером можно прогуляться по пирсу, очень длинный для отеля, променад не вдоль моря , а в море. Отдельная рекомендация провести приватный ужин на пляже, все очень вкусно, мой фаворит из всего ужина Roasted Australian Angus Beef fillet , подача уровня ресторана . И вообще все блюда, которые мы заказывали и в рум сервисе и в баре на пляже очень вкусные и качественные , цены такие же как в Москве. Единственное не хватило какого нибудь развлечения, не помешало бы наличие живой музыки по вечерам в баре на пляже или в лобби отеля,( есть бар но он закрыт, по ощущениям очень давно) может гости бы не уезжали в город и оставались бы на ужин в отеле.

We booked a villa with one king-size bed. The room is pretty huge with private pool & garden. It is quite well-kept. Housekeeping is clean & good. Every day, the housekeeping will place a lovely different toy on the bed to greet us & I got a necklace on the 3rd day of my stay. As we went in December, hence the weather is quite chilling & cold where we could not swim in our private pool & the public pool nor soaking in our outdoor bathtub as the temperature could drop to 13 degrees Celsius. Hope next time we come in summer time to enjoy the pool facilities. What a pity. The whole hotel compound is huge & it has its own private beach which we enjoyed a lot. The service is very good from the hotel reception, buggy service, bar & restaurants & housekeeping. At night there are probably 1 to 2 staffs on duties so it could be quite quiet. We reached the resort very late almost near to midnight after taking a late high speed train from Haikou to Sanya. So there were only 1 hotel receptionist assisted us in check-in & arranged a buggy service to send us to the villa. But the process was quite quick & efficient. One of the water basins was leaking water & they were quick to rectified it when I feedback to the hotel staff who was actually working in the restaurant. She would ask how was our stay & anything to feedback although she was working in the restaurant. Good customer service. The resort location is quite ok although is not so convenient to the city but it is not very far if we call a car service. Luhuitou park is just nearby the resort & it is worth to visit as it is one of the popular tourist attraction. You can see the whole coast line of Sanya & also Banyan Tree resort. The breakfast is pretty good with quite a good spread & most of the food are quite delicious. They will change menu for some of the food every morning so we didn't eat the same type of food every day. What I like is the breakfast time is from 7:30am to 1pm. We woke up pretty late & had a brunch instead so saved us some money on eating out as the food in Sanya is more expensive as compared to other areas in Hainan Island. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Sanya was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, and it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing family getaway. Our private villa, complete with a personal pool, provided a wonderful sanctuary, perfect for unwinding in complete privacy. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. I would especially like to thank Naomi, who thoughtfully prepared everything for our arrival, making us feel warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. Banyan Tree Sanya has become a must for me—whenever I visit Sanya, I’ll be sure to spend a few days here to savor the private, luxurious experience it offers.

this was my first time to visit this hotel and we both loved it so much. Friendly staff, very nice villa with a big swimming pool, professional spa and massage services (Summa, my therapist was very good in her massage skill) . If you wanted to find a quiet place in Sanya, this hotel should be the best choice when compared with the one in Haitang Bay. We lived in the Edition and found that it was good for family with children, but Banyan tree was good for us cuz' we focused more o privacy and quiet environment. Only the problem in this hotel is the food quality, honestly it was not quite impressive when compared with the Edition, but it was fine for us cuz we rent a car to drive out for trying different nice restaurants. Sanya got so many nice food to try and we felt blissful in this trip.

El hotel está perfectamente integrado con la naturaleza. Las habitaciones son impresionantes. Tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar por el mismo precio de una habitación superior, una Pool Villa Deluxe. 300 metros cuadrados de villa para nosotros solos. Nada más llegar al hotel te hacen sentir como un rey, te ofrecen todas comodidades que necesites, te dan a elegir prensa internacional y te acercan a la habitación en buggie. Este servicio lo puedes llamar desde tu habitación y desde cualquier restaurante del hotel. La villa Deluxe dispone de un cuarto de estar enorme, con un sofá gigantesco donde puedes leer o ver la televisión. También tiene una mesa para disfrutar del desayuno, comida o cena en la habitación. La habitación principal tiene un gran dormitorio con una cama King size, televisión de plasma, escritorio y salida directa a la piscina privada. La habitación tiene hilo musical con minicadena. Tiene un amplio minibar con botellas de agua que están incluidas y luego otras bebidas y aperitivos de pago. El baño y vestidor es muy grande, casi como mi casa en España... Todos los días te reponen todos los productos de aseo que has utilizado, cepillo de dientes, enjuague bucal, cuchilla de afeitar, crema, cepillo para el pelo, bastoncillos... Por supuesto también te dejan zapatillas y chanclas para la piscina. Dentro del cuarto de baño hay una enorme ducha y una bañera gigantesca al descubierto. La piscina privada es una de la más grandes de las que hemos estado, 25 metros cuadrados para ti sólo. Tiene también un jacuzzi de hidromasaje. El jardín es grande y tiene dos hamacas para relajarte y otra zona con un par de sillas y una mesa por si quieres comer al aire libre. El desayuno buffet es muy abundante, con multitud de platos locales, noodles, arroz, dumplings... Y otros occidentales, bollería, huevos, tortilla, bacon, zumos, tostadas... La comida y la cena es de carta, el precio es acorde a la calidad del hotel, con platos entre 10€ y 30€.
