From the moment we entered the elegant hotel lobby greeted by a refreshing luxurious scent we knew we were on for a special exprience.The room was incredibly beautiful and spacious! Extremely tranquil 2 nights. The scent in the hallways, the room service, the customer services, and the water park resort was top tier. But if you’re looking for a full buffet breakfast, this might not be for you. When we got to saffron, we had to wait for quite a long time and they did not handle it well. Then we found out that they only had a half buffet ( bread, yogurt, drinks, and fruit ONLY) , and the other half- you would order from a menu ( eggs, ham, bacon and hot dishes). We did not know of this, and since we like full buffets we cancelled the payment. The staff should’ve told us on the phone it was a semi buffet. Other than that, the service and environment was top tier. Easy access to the mall, eateries and entertainment. The shows at MG are also very nice- not a walkable distance, but it’s easy to catch a taxi near here.
