Exceptional hotel and staff! Honestly, this is one of the best hotels we've visited. We were a group of 4 friends and would definitely return in a heartbeat. The whole hotel is extremely clean and tidy, spacious bedroom with large, comfy beds (super king!), staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and always around if you need anything, food was wonderful with so much choice, a 3 hour boat trip included around the area was brilliant, and the secret beach felt like the icing on the cake which allowed you to have a change of scenery whilst still being able to use your inclusive food and drinks at the restaurant there. Superb place! I am a wheelchair user - the hotel arranged a free taxi to make it easier for me to get to the secret beach, staff lifted my wheelchair onto the boat ride so I could be on that, there was a large wet-room with shower, and I was told there was a pool hoist if I needed too. All really helpful. A couple of things that could be improved access wise is to have an accessible toilet at the secret beach, changing the handrail in the en-suite bathroom to one you can raise so it is out of the way for transfers onto the toilet, and a few of the ramps around the pool and to Turquoise restaurant are very steep making it difficult to get up without assistance. We would love to visit again in the future! Thank you.

We had the most wonderful experience with amazing staff, total luxury on the beach and wonderful interactions with the cats, locals and great shopping! Pros: The comfy and quiet rooms The amazing beds The private beach The private boats ( amazing experience!) The beachside bar The cats Local shopping Being adult only can not be understated! We have only three comments for hotel management. 1. Please raise funds to neuter the male cats in the area. This is a community service and a guest service as some of us tried to catch them and arrange this but due to time, resources and a lack of local language speaking skills, this was difficult. Only focus on the male cats and you will be ok. I know some guests will contribute via a donation portal. 2. Please offer guests the chance to 'rent' or buy a reusable water bottle and install water stations rather than having plastic everywhere. There is no need for plastic water bottles and straws everywhere. 3. Lastly, the amount of times we had to order drinks or get new food because our drinks and plates were cleared while it was evident we were still there was infuriating. We had re-usable straws taken several times at an annoying expense to us. This is wasteful and against all good hospitality practice. Do not clear unless both all parties are finished or if there are things on the table. It also ruins your profit margin frankly. Attention potential guests: If guests are reading this, if you do not like cats, consider how you will impact others by this. Either consider not coming or at least keep it to yourself. There were some dreadful comments by people from the UK especially (where I am from) and they made a good go at ruining several people's vacations by complaining. Every review says there are cats. Do not like them ( allergies aside!), do everyone a favour and go elsewhere! A special thank you to the following staff who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing: Rahila ;) Dilay! We've just returned from our second 2 week stay at this amazing hotel. We were greeted like friends and it was wonderful to be back. From start to finish we experienced exceptional service, utter professionalism and smiling, friendly staff. The surroundings are idyllic, from a peaceful boat trip around the local islands, relaxing by the two beautiful swimming pools, receiving rejuvenating treatments in the Spa, working out with the excellent fitness team, and eating the freshest, wonderful food in all the restaurants. All staff from cleaners, housekeeping, chefs, restaurant staff, bar staff, the fitness team and guest relations are without exception, truly fabulous! Special mention please to: Ali, Elif, Ibrahim (The Captain), Mustafa, Iram, Delay, Ramazan, Sidy, Alex and Dino. To everyone at Rixos Premium Gocek...our heartfelt thanks for another superb holiday. We look forward to our next stay.

Just got back from a week here and will definitely book to come back. This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at. The staff truly are outstanding they go that extra mile to ensure you have the best experience. Special mention to Aysa her Turkish flatbreads made freshly each day are the best!! Food is amazing plenty of choice. The secret beach is wonderful as staff welcomed us each day from the boat with welcome drinks. The free 3 hour boat trip was so good. Special mentions to Fatima, Tuyge always serving with a smile. Hamza, Ramadan and Mustafa you are a credit to this hotel. The manager is always available checking everyone is having a fabulous time. Well done Rixos we loved our stay here.
