Excellent service from the whole team. Asha and atakun were our WhatsApp travel helpers who kept us informed of all events. Great amenities. Loved the Godiva cafe. The all inclusive food in turquoise and people’s cafe was of high quality. Loved the strawberries!

One of the best family breaks ever. Highly enjoyed our stay. And a big thanks to Atakan and Asya guest relations team. We also really enjoyed the food, especially at L’Olivo, thanks to Emre for looking after us. Everything at the hotel was excellent. The staff are really nice. We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium in Bodrum - our first time in this city and with Rixos. We were upgraded to an executive suite grand and it was just perfect for our needs. Clean, bright and airy, everything is super comfortable in the rooms. The whole resort is just great, there's so much to explore and enjoy. The main pool wasn't heated so a bit cold with the April weather but we enjoy the heated pool and the beach a lot. The kids' club is amazing - pretty sure our 6-year-old didn't want to come home some days! The service is impeccable - we never had anything to worry about because of our lovely holiday managers Atakan and Asya, who helped us with any query, no matter how big or small. The restaurant staff were all great and a few special mentions to Eren, Civan, Miray, Devran, Saban, Ali, Mertcan for making every mealtime enjoyable and to Selim who would clean very patiently after our messy 1-year-old!! Highly recommend Rixos Premium in Bodrum - we will be returning!

Our stay here was beautiful and perfect. Food and drinks were great and over all everything was beautiful. Deniz, Teo and Evelina Atakan was fantastic and helped us out a lot and made our visit even more memorable and enjoyable. Without them it would not be this amazing. Thank you.

Wow!!! This hotel is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. We stayed in a deluxe double with sea view and the ht room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. We attended a sunset party one evening and was entered into a raffle by your room number and we won an upgrade to a terrace suite for 1 night. The hotel front of house staff Nursena was amazing when we asked if we could have the upgrade for the last day instead of over night to help out with our late night flight home, he actually surprised us with arranging the upgrade for 2 nights.The suite was unbelievable with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with sofa suite, duo lounger, parasol and swinging egg chair. The food is fantastic and plenty of choice in the turquoise buffet restaurant and we particularly enjoyed our lunches at peoples restaurants overlooking the sea views. All drinks and cocktails are premium brands and complimentary crisps and nuts were always given with the drinks. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and so many lovely areas to site and relax in and the views are stunning all around the hotel. The spa was gorgeous although we didn't have any treatments the pool was lovely as it meaders outside an lovely when the sun was out. The main pool is stunning with very comfortable sun loungers and huge parasols. Towels are available to get from wooden huts both around the pool and on the beach but the staff were always on it and ready to bring you one straight away setting it out on the bed for you. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sun loungers. The hotel has a little island joined with a board walk and has cabana beds all around to hire. There are free available cabana beds around one side of the pool too. The hotel also has its own Godiva cafe and oh my goodness the cakes and chocolates are delicious and we really loved every afternoon sitting in the cafe's egg chairs eating our chocolates and chatting. We enjoyed joining the sound healing session one morning and my daughter used the gym (which she said was really great) and the paddle boarding was great fun with a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer. Saving the best till last and what is undoubtedly the real gem of this hotel is all the staff. We were given 2 personal assistants Atakan & Asya and they were absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and they set up a what's app group with you and keep in touch every day with what's happening, booking activities and making sure you are ok. They were super friendly and helpful and a real credit to the hotel. In fact every single staff member was friendly and helpful and always smiling and willing to help. Front of house Nursena was so helpful and generous giving us a 2 night upgrade x We can't thank you enough for a wonderful relaxing week in this beautiful hotel with the best staff.
