This is my second time staying in Rixos and it is just as top quality and luxury as the first time. The staff and food are my main highlights, the staff are all incredibly helpful and kind and can’t do enough for you. The food in the buffet and al a carte restaurants are all delicious and cooked to a high standard. The room we stayed in was clean and lavish and very comfortable to stay in.

First time at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh left me an amazing experience.7 of us came to here to celebrate 2 birthdays and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and talkative. They also helped us with the birthday celebration which is amazing. The rooms are comfy and cozy. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation

Another lovely experience at Rixos chain in Egypt.. the staff is again so welcoming and very friendly.. every single one is super polite and helpful.. first time to try the fitness classes and turned out to be really nice.. very good quality food.. rooms are super clean .. unfortunately the sea water is colder than I can bear but the beach is really nice.. heated pools are great.. again: a vacation that worths every penny 😃.. really want to thank everyone here for the relaxing vibes.. a very special thanks for Mr Ahmed Khaled at the F&B team who paid a very special attention to our love for coffee and prepared us very special coffee.. this is the first review that I don’t mention that the coffee was bad 😃

Amazing hotel - everything was great. Staff members are excellent. The hotel restaurants were also great - amazing service from the start to the finish. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I enjoyed my holiday. On the date of my birthday - was supposed with cake from the hotel.

What an incredible place!! A great welcome for the front desk and great entertainment every day. The rooms were lovely and properly cleaned every day. The restaurants and the chefs were always there to do something special . A big thank you to Mohamed Eldegwy plus Chef Mehboob with other Chefs! i have been to other Rixos hotels but this one stands out as the best in everyway! my special thanks go to the Front Desk staff! see you all next year!
