Our stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel is beautifully located with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. Plus, the hotel is just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to return!

I had unforgettable experience in a such a lovely property located on a sea with a magnificent sea view. Amazing hotel with attentive staff and breathtaking views

This is the third time we have stayed in a Rixos hotel and this one in Dubrovnik has definitely been the best so far. Customer service was amazing and made the stay better than the other Rixos hotels, each member of staff actually cared about your stay. From the minute you enter this hotel the staff are friendly and welcoming, special mention to Joseph who was wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and staff just continue to deliver an excellent service. Food and drinks were of good quality and there was a wide variety to choose from. Salad selection was the best I have seen. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. They took the drinks orders and cleared used plates away very quickly. Room service was prompt and staff again very friendly. Location was great with a 8-10 minute walk into the Old Town, there are some beautiful views on the way. Views from this hotel are breathtaking and definitely worth a balcony view. Spa was lovely and again staff always welcoming. Overall an amazing stay in a lovely hotel with staff who actually care, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel with breathtaking view on seaside, clean with worm and hospital staf. Breakfast is one of best iv ever see, special touch is piano playing lady. Wery nice indor pool, there is ping - pong tables, billar tables for guest to play … all in all one of best hotels iv ewer been

The most incredible views and the most wonderful staff...from the moment we walked in we were greeted by the loveliest reception staff. We were made to feel immediately welcome, given a tour and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and dinner were varied and really nice. Great salads and a selection of meats and fish. Staff were great throughout. Special mention to Matteo -what a gentleman. So lovely. He really took great care of us. The views are just so incredible. Get a sea view if you can - it will be worth it. Our room for 3 was clean and spacious with comfy beds and a lovely balcony. A really great feature at this hotel is the WhatsApp service...again, nothing ever too much trouble and response was really fast. The pool is lovely and the sea here is beautiful. Very clear. I don't think there would be particularly good access for those with disabilities...getting in and out the sea here as well as multiple steps would be tricky. Lift service in the hotel amazing though. Tap your card and the lift is there! We took Ubers to the old town..about 5 mins and 8 Euros away. This place has to be seen to be believes! It's incredible. Overall an amazing trip for my mum, my sister and I. The locals were so kind and friendly. Very charming and welcoming. Food is great and the landscapes second to none. We will be visiting again!
